Always get the run around This dealership will promise everything to get you to buy a car once you do and it craps out at 50 k you are nothing to them. I go to school and work two part time jobs and need a reliable vehicle mine died this morning and I brought it to Coquitlam Chrysler service department. They said they are too busy to even do a diagnostic on my car for days have no courtesy car and only after complaining numerous times throughout the day did they tell me they can get me a better rate on a rental car which I cannot afford right now I had someone else come down to run the diagnostic tool which takes less than a minute so I could see for myself what the problem is as they are saying they are going to run tests on my battery and need a lengthy amount of time So I will be interested to see what they tell me in the long run as I actually don’t trust them at this point. If have had other problems with them in the past and have had to go to other dealerships to help me instead Playing the waiting game still and know I will never buy another vehicle from here again as they only want my money and don’t care about helping me Also do not think at 50 k that a battery should be shot unless it’s garbage to begin with as I take car of my car More

2017 Jeep Cherokee srt8 damaged at dealership I went in for an oil change , was treated very well by a young service staff, got some promo deal on an oil change and a free car wash. It was a very I went in for an oil change , was treated very well by a young service staff, got some promo deal on an oil change and a free car wash. It was a very nice experience and went home . Once I was home I checked the oil level, found it was 2 litres overfilled. By the time I figured this out the service dept was closed for the day . So I went back the next day. The service staff checked the oil level but the vehicle was not level. So they decided to bring it into the shop , where the service manager parked the Jeep not parallel to the service lift. This made it hard for the service manager to exit the vehicle , but he was careful getting out . The service technician tried to remove the oil with a plastic tube through the oil dipstick but was not successful . I would have thought they would lift the Jeep up with the lift and simply remove the oil plug and drain some oil out. Now I have a tube inserted into my 100 k Jeep not knowing if it was clean or not , wondering if there was any dirt on it that could damage my vehicle’s engine. Now after all of this . They could not lower the oil level and said it would be ok to run the the engine like this , however the owners manual doesn’t recommend this . On top of all of this , The senior service dept technician gets frustrated and opens the door while I am watching and hits it against the steel lift and damages my door and paint on my black fully loaded Jeep srt8. The assistant service manager back our Jeep out of the service bay , my wife and I are in complete shock when we see the damage . We right away address the situation . Both the service manager and the assistant service manager both Deny it was them even though we saw the Jeep parked incorrectly and saw the incident happen in front of our eyes. I Immediately go to the show room and find the store manager. He says don’t worry there there’s cameras everywhere and will review them and get back to us . I have called several times and left messages and no one has gotten back to me . I think if you bring your pride and joy there for professional service they should take care of your 100k Jeep and not damage it in front of your eyes and deny it. I gave Coquitlam Chrysler every opportunity to own up to this , especially when the Store manager says there is cameras everywhere ! More

Not only did Scott the service manager’s crew identify the issue immediately, they fixed it promptly and at a fair price. When I had an issue with my NOx sensor going at 82k I went back to Scott for help and they looked after it, reaching out to FCA on my behalf and going to bat for me! Service department incompetent My 2008 Grand Caravan had been there for some scheduled service and at the same time I asked to fix rough idling and starting and poor fuel consumptio My 2008 Grand Caravan had been there for some scheduled service and at the same time I asked to fix rough idling and starting and poor fuel consumption. After the first visit only scheduled service parts were replaced but they did not fix fuel consumption and rough idling. Back to the dealership, they replaced oxygen sensor, paid over $500, went to my car, started it and the first thing "service engine soon" light comes on. Go back, they could not take the car back for another two weeks. Drove off and see that fuel consumption still not fixed. Third time for repairs, they admited the technician broke something hence the light stayed on, promissed that fuel consumtion looked after. After few days of driving it become obvious that fuel consumption is not fixed, still around 18L/100km, car has only 180k mileage. Argumentative front desk staff including service manager, incompetent technicians completed the terrible experience with this dealership, will never go back and never will buy Chrysler after learning that poor fuel consumption is a problem in those vehicles after few years and yet they cannot deal with it. More

I had an issue with my 2015 Fiat, even though Coquitlam Chrysler is not a Fiat dealer they were able to help me. Phil and his team were amazing! As soon as I entered the service department I felt welcomed and I was assisted by Phil immediately. Overall the service team at Coquitlam Chrysler went above and beyond my expectations and they were able to get my Fiat fixed far faster than my actual dealer. For any further service needs I will be taking my Fiat back to them and be telling everyone I know who has a Chrysler vehicle to go to Coquitlam for help! More
Horrible at best Please what ever you do buy somewhere else. It started out with the purchase of a brand new 2017 Jeep Renagade with only 85km on it in April 2018 Please what ever you do buy somewhere else. It started out with the purchase of a brand new 2017 Jeep Renagade with only 85km on it in April 2018. Two weeks later we were to have it back for the Diamond coating and the undercarriage coating to be done by a sub contract company called Praveen's, and I must admit it did look nice.... But a few days later after it sat in the driveway unused we noticed the trim around the wheel well and under the door ( rocker panel) coming off. After closer inspection we could see that it had structural damage underneath as well, with grease all in the damaged area. Hmmm. We found out that Praveen's would have to have put our Jeep on a hoist. So we take it in for an inspection to Chrysler, not once but twice. The department that should have dealt with it told me " I don't know what to do with this" They did agree it looks like Hoist damage. With a promise we will take care of you, and sent me to see Kirmac auto body and Chrysler said you need to call ICBC and start a claim. That is when they dropped me like a hot potato. Why are they not dealing with it on my behalf? Good Question...I dropped off my new vehicle to them and picked it up from them. Now ICBC has sent Praveen's many phone calls, to call ICBC with it falling on deaf ears. Now I am left to prove my innocence to ICBC, with no help from the dealership other wise I have to pay the deductible after dropping $60,000 in their dealership two week earlier. Even the adjuster asked me, " Why are you dealing with this and not the dealership?" Not fair Coquitlam Chrysler... In my opinion they should have taken the key and given me a loaner car and said we will call you to pick up your now, not so new Jeep when it is fixed " We will take care of it " No offer of help to repair it other than to pass the buck to Kirmac auto and ICBC. Almost 2 months later it is still not fixed. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership, and don't even want them to do the servicing if I can help it. I will tell everyone I can, not to go here. My one star is for the nice salesman that sold our vehicle to us and quit a week after we bought our Jeep. More
