Service Counter Sucks DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!! The service department counter is staffed by a bunch mindless robots, repeating the company mantra over and over. God for DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!! The service department counter is staffed by a bunch mindless robots, repeating the company mantra over and over. God forbid that they should ever apply any reason or logic to their responses. Now for the story. I bought a new 2015 -1 ton Ram this year from them and was sent a letter addressed to myself including the VIN which stated "New Owner First Service Certificate". It also stated "Or visit our MOPAR EXPRESS LANE. No appointment necessary". So I pull in nice and early today and go into the service department where I am told that the "MOPAR EXPRESS LANE" doesn't apply to my truck and that I have to make an appointment and it will take an hour and a half. I asked why then did they send me this letter? I was told "it's a form letter". I then asked why it was sent to me? Again they replied it is a form letter. This of course doesn't make any sense and is an insult that they believe they can spout such drivel to a customer and that the customer is a big enough of an idiot to accept this stupidity. You know if either of those guys behind the counter had enough xxxxx to say "hey we're sorry, you should of never been sent that letter", I would of made an appointment and came back, feeling at least the counter guys were straight shooters. So my recommendation is to avoid Coquitlam Chrysler's Service Department. You will not find any intelligence at the service counter and of course this reflects poorly on the whole service department. This has pissed me off enough that I will not buy another truck there again. Well done service counter guys. More

It makes me a little nervous that the technician will use the incorrect oil. Update: Since my review above I was quickly contacted by the Service Manager - Scott Polegato - who clarified the issue. Seems that there was a factory change from 5w-40 to 0w-40 oil due to a supplier change that crossed-over my 2007 model year. As it turns out I can use either weight as both are factory authorized. Thanks to Scott for being persistent in getting in touch with me for the clarification! More

Met Serge and the selected vehicle where as expected so I quickly chose one and asked for the add-ons I wanted (Bluetooth and trailer hitch). Negotiations were fair and picked the vehicle up a few days later and no hiccups or breakdowns in the deal. All in all I has very happy working with Serge and equally as happy with the vehicle I drove off the lot; check him out! More
