BEWARE! ! please, do not buy a vehicle from these people, I bought a car with over $20.000 in damages and no one of them told me about it. The car was overpriced and I was misled by those people. They tricked me into buying a warranty that did not cover anything. My heater stopped working 3 months after I bought the vehicle and it took weeks to get someone to answer my phone calls. After they finally responded, they told me the warranty would not cover this and to try the brand's dealership to get it fixed. Rudy was very unprofessional and did not advise me the car had more damage to it than the car was worth when I purchased it and it was also from out of province. I feel very disappointed and devasted now as I am trying to upgrade to a newer car and sell the old one to find out it has so much previous damage from carfax. Please do not do business with these people as they can not be trusted and do not deserve anyone else hard earned money. More

I am done" Wow did not know that you can ask questions maybe multiple times when you are making a big purchase or maybe it is because I am a woman and I just want a shiny thing.. My trade-in was stolen, They financed my purchase by double what was agreed to. I had to have the bank Repo the car, as Coquitlam Chrysler would not give my money back The CIBC lost a lot of money, th double what was agreed to. I had to have the bank Repo the car, as Coquitlam Chrysler would not give my money back The CIBC lost a lot of money, that's why they are not at this dealership. I spent $5000 on Lawyer fees. They paid up for the stolen car, and the Law Suit was canceled. Now my Credit rating is destroyed due to the Repo, and I lost $5000. I am blind in one eye, with 70% vision left in the other eye. The salespeople Jeff Kornatowsky, Jinho Lee, and Eric Rose took advantage of my poor sight, I have difficulty reading documents. They changed the paperwork and Robbed me. Took my 2008 Jeep JKU to Coquitlam Chrysler for 3 factory recalls. Arriving they did a code scan on it and showed them to me. It had an evap leak code which I knew about and told them I could fix myself, all recalls. Arriving they did a code scan on it and showed them to me. It had an evap leak code which I knew about and told them I could fix myself, all it needed was the evap pressure sensor replaced. No codes related to overdrive/tow switch and instrument cluster switch stuck. After picking up my jeep, I noticed that the overdrive light and function didn't work. Jeep shifted into overdrive fine but I could not select the tow function myself. I ran a scan at home and found 2 new codes. I took it back to Coquitlam Chrysler and they said it had nothing to do with the work they had just done and that it was just a bad coincidence for me. There is also an instrument cluster switch stuck open that they refuse to acknowledge. After all this they would however, fix it for $1,100. They also added insult to injury by charging me $60 for them to check their work. Just one of those dealership experiences that you hear about but hope never happens to you. More

Extremely unprofessional parts department 1/10 customer service. If you like showing up multiple times just for them to say I don’t know where the part went, then go here. I had some fond memories dealing with Louie and some others that worked hard to retain your business but now it's all about charging out the maximum they can. They told me a stalling Ram might have a TI others that worked hard to retain your business but now it's all about charging out the maximum they can. They told me a stalling Ram might have a TIPM problem but they weren't sure even though the internet is filled with complaints for this problem. Another shop told me up front what is was and fixed it right away. Coquitlam Chrysler charged 285 dollars for a plug and play back up sensor and a 155 dollars to diagnose it. Never going back. More
