We just purchase our Jeep Cherokee from Kenney!! Amazing customer service and he was very helpful and found us exactly what we wanted. I went to Cooksville Dodge and traded in my 2010 Dodge Caravan and purchased a 2013 Dodge Caravan; my main requirements were a sunroof and of course price. Rick was able to organize a vehicle with a sunr Caravan and purchased a 2013 Dodge Caravan; my main requirements were a sunroof and of course price. Rick was able to organize a vehicle with a sunroof at a reasonable price. I drove the vehicle for about a month and found that I really wanted the extra features that the Crew came with. I went back and spoke with Rick Wilson and the manager Shawn Yarrow and they were able to get me the exact Van I wanted for a few dollars more. Shawn uses a fortune five hundred model when it comes to training his staff in sales and customer service. When I left Cooksville Dodge I was a very happy customer. I was able to get my new car within two days with my full warrant from my old vehicle and when I drove off the lot I felt proud to drive my new Vehicle. Both Shawn and Rick understand that the buying experience is as important as product itself. The entire experience was hassle free; Kenny organized my Finance and while I waited I chatted with Raza and other salespersons. It was such a positive experience that I introduced my friend to Rick about a month later and she also bought a New Car from him. Nothing beats excellent customer service. More
This evening, my friend Elvin and I encountered an engine failure while in his 16 year old Dodge Caravan, close to the intersection of Dundas and Hurontario. We barely managed to navigate the car to the parking lot at the Honda dealership, where we stopped to check for the problem. When it was determined that the engine would no longer start, we searched for help in the nearest dealership, but was hastily turned away by a salesperson at Honda. Although we were merely looking for a number to call for a recovery vehicle, the gentleman possessed not the slightest of interest in aiding us, and especially so after hearing that it was not their brand of vehicle. Honda’s lack of concern forced us to search for alternatives, leading us to the Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Dealership. It was our good fortune that we met Shawn Yarrow at the dealership. Unlike the salesperson at Honda, Shawn was extremely polite and approached the situation calmly and decisively. Exceeding our initial expectations, Shawn quickly contacted a recovery vehicle and within minutes, resolved our predicament. I have not met many salespersons of Shawn’s caliber, and I am indeed very impressed with his effort and quick thinking. An individual like Shawn is an asset to the Dodge family and will definitely continue to impress in the future. Neither Elvin nor I will forget this incident, and we will most certainly be purchasing our next vehicles from this dealership. I was introduced to Cooksville Dodge and Albert Johnson about 4 years ago when I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler, by a neighbour who had bought his there 3 years before that. Needless to say but within t about 4 years ago when I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler, by a neighbour who had bought his there 3 years before that. Needless to say but within the hour with Albert's obvious knowledge and honesty I was a proud owner of a new Jeep. Last Friday I went in again and saw Albert and within minutes this time, YUP, proud owner of - guess what - a brand new Jeep Wrangler. We had friends over that night and they mentioned that they were looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan. I took them in the next day on Saturday and with Albert's help they got the vehicle they wanted. Would I suggest that you go in? Heck yes!!! More
I visited cooksvilledodge to take a look at a new work truck. I was greeted right away by a very helpful salesperson. While I was there I got to speaking to someone in service about my headlights on my own vehicle and how they had clouded over. Right away they were offering to help and before I knew it my car (that I didn't buy at cooksvilledodge) was in the shop having the headlights polished. I have yet to buy my next truck but Cooksville Dodge is at the top of my list for where I will! I reccomend going there to everyone! Great team, and keep up the excellent service! -Christien More
Just a word to the wise do not go to this dealership for service they are the worst! I brought my car in as the spare key was not working the techs did not know how to diagnose the issue and said they need service they are the worst! I brought my car in as the spare key was not working the techs did not know how to diagnose the issue and said they need to phone the engineers to troubleshoot yet still they charged. I asked them to make another key since their incompetence is preventing them from diagnosing the issue, they won't give me a break on the programming fee despite them charging me for 'diagnosing' the issue (which they didn't even do!) Then to top it off they do not even have the key in stock!!!! Save your time, money and frustration and head to Team Chrysler they diagnose the issue, if they can't they do not charge you until they have an actual solution. Do not go to Crocksville Dodge. More
