Kenny did a good job with making the purchasing process straightforward, but I wasn't made aware of the overall cost of the vehicle after taxes, added warranty, and add-ons (which were unnecessary for the car, and haven't shown any improvements/differences). As a young customer and purchaser of a first car, I feel like that was taken to their advantage. My over all experience at the dealership was okay. I was greeted and attended as soon as I walked through the door, so the staff was friendly. I've had my car for two months now, and I like it. There have been a few problems since, in terms of changing the breaks so soon, and constant oil changes, which is a problem that will cost a lot to get fix. More
