Overall great experience Jacob came back after his shift was over so my wife could test drive the car. He also picked me up from the GO station when I was picking up the car. Jacob made sure that the car was in great shape when it left the lot. There were a few imperfections on the vehicle which is normal for a used car, but he made sure they were taken care of. Ensured there was a good amount of gas in the car on pickup so we didn't have to rush to a gas station on the way home. Matt walked me through the various protection options after the car was purchased. I would have appreciated those details prior to finalizing the deal. The cost of the extended warranty was much higher than expected so we turned it down. I'm not sure that would have changed our decision to purchase but it would have been appreciated to know all the facts before agreeing to the deal. For me this was the only downside of the process. More
