professional people I went to many showrooms and I keep getting followup calls that was ok but even after saying 'NO' they were pushing me I atleast said 'STOP PUSHING ME I went to many showrooms and I keep getting followup calls that was ok but even after saying 'NO' they were pushing me I atleast said 'STOP PUSHING ME' twice, but here I have say two things which I liked 1- Price, no hide and seek stories went thru unhaggle and got the preice lesser than I expected 2- even after getting gud preice I told Ryan (sales rep) I have to look at hylander and santafe, and asked hime what is his opnion and answer was amazing they are gud cars too...suprise I went to Toyota and asked abt dodge (american junk); honestly I dont like this attitude Sales without debranding Ryan stood apart other than that no pusing not telling 'if you take today', 'today is the last day for the offer' kudos to Ryan, Ken (business manager). hope I have a gud relation with this dealer. From Ottawa to Mississauga - Great experience! So living in Ottawa, I was recommended to talk with Steve Tokar through ECD. I knew exactly what I wanted and Mr. Tokar helped me get what I wanted. 90% of our communication was done via email. Mr. Tokar is truly professional and fair. The process to find the vehicle was quick and easy. Steve is truly an honest manager and was there to help me in anyway. I could not of asked for more. He passed me onto Kenny Rathore who dealt with the finances and talk about warranty etc. He too helped me in a professional and fair way. After all was said and done, Cooksville Dodge arranged the vehicle to be delivered to me from Mississauga to Ottawa on a Friday and estimated the vehicle would be there between 12:00pm-1:00pm. Right on time. The gentlemen were at my place at 12:30pm with exactly what I ordered. I can not say enough as to what I experienced with purchasing a new vehicle. From ECD to Cooksville Dodge, it was certainly a stress free and positive outcome. Truly top notch managers located within.
