I very rarely go to the dealer. Only for specialized work that they are best equipped to do. Up until now, I always went to another Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge location. But I have to say, Only for specialized work that they are best equipped to do. Up until now, I always went to another Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge location. But I have to say, there is a huge difference in quality of service at Cooksville. It was my first time there, and everyone was very warm and welcoming; a noticeable difference from my experiences at other Chrysler dealerships I have been going to for the past 10 years. Glen was incredibly helpful and patient with my laundry list of issues. He called me multiple times during the day to provide updates and even called 20 minutes before the service centre closed as a courtesy, asking if I was still able to make it. This attention to detail and courtesy makes a huge difference and they have definitely found a future customer with me. I just got off the phone with the parts department and it was nothing but positive vibes. Which unfortunately isn't the case elsewhere. The culture you have is the right one! Thank you! More

By turning the key 3 times from off to on position, which took 5 seconds, I've discovered an error code p0740, which means "the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected something unusual within the torqu took 5 seconds, I've discovered an error code p0740, which means "the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected something unusual within the torque converter clutch CIRCUIT", and the most common mistake is assuming that it's a torque converter problem (it might be it, but might also be an electrical problem). The dealer took an HOUR to discover the same code, charged $200, and advised that I have a torque converter problem... ZERO explanation regarding what else they tested if anything... Did they test the cables, plugs, solenoid??? Did they check transmission fluid? No idea, and no information given... On top of it all, the price they gave me was $3,500 for the torque converter + another $1K for labor... a quick call to another chrysler dealer revealed that they charge only $2,100 for the torque converter... Obviously, last time at this dealer, and likely last time buying a Dodge. More
