Wonderful reception and extremely helpful sales staff We were welcomed into the lot by very friendly sales staff. Asked if we were interested in purchasing new or used. He wasn't pushy in the least and offered us the keys for a drive. We ended up purchasing the Journey and traded in our vehicle. The Manager, was just as jovial and friendly (my apologies as I forgot his name). All in all a wonderful experience and would HIGHLY recommend this location and team to family & friends! More

I had indicated I wanted to buy a car THAT DAY in my email. No response. Also no response whatsoever to my other two emails that were sent within the previous two weeks (both indicating I was looking to purchase a vehicle ASAP). I sent an email to Peel Chrysler, they responded within 5 minutes, and 5 hours later I had purchased a new vehicle. Cooksville needs to get with the times and respond to people in the method they prefer. Or respond PERIOD. They lost a sale and a future customer. More
