Bad experience when buying and bad service advisors Unfortunatly I had a bad experience when purchasing my Jeep form here . I went in and made my deal then I showed a Preferred employee discount # to th Unfortunatly I had a bad experience when purchasing my Jeep form here . I went in and made my deal then I showed a Preferred employee discount # to them which entitled me to an additional 55 off my negotiated price , which would be paid to the dealer direct from Chrysler.. Once I showed them the employee # i was quickly told that the discount was already in the price.. How is this possible when I never told them i had a #.. Goes to show you folks every car salesman will always cheat you where they can.. After my ranting and raving which took approx 1/2 hr (and I should have just walked out) I only received 2.5% discount on the purchase .. Will never buy from them again nor will my family or friends as i have already put the word out .. Best of luck making your deal... More
