Halloween 2018 for $57000. Other then a few quirks.. a snapping noise in the body mounts, electrical glitches, a few recalls and rear decal being replaced twice.. it's been a good truck. I bought the truck stock off the lot with short mudguards like every other truck. 8 months later I notice bottom of rocker panels and rear quarters have hundreds of tiny rock chips. Dealer said to call Chrysler Canada whom say it's not warranty or a defect but from debris from dirt roads. This truck has never been on a dirt road. And they washed their hands of it. The dealer recognizes that there is an issue.. offered to take my truck back at no loss to me and give me a brand new truck..with running boards and mudflaps, but my finances wouldnt support that, so..they offered a set of mudflaps free of charge which should have been in it before it left the lot. Now every truck on the lot has running boards and most have mudflaps added. This has left a very bad taste. Thinking I was a valued customer, I couldn't have been more wrong. So, if you buy a new Ram, make sure it has long mudflaps and running boards to protect the paint! More
