Dealership is convenient for me it's in town. They always ask me why I give a bad rating. I tell them it's the little things that they don't do. For instance was suppose to get to get my other ca They always ask me why I give a bad rating. I tell them it's the little things that they don't do. For instance was suppose to get to get my other car in for recall fixes. Never got a response. They didn't go over the invoice with me of what was done or what was needed on my car when I picked up. Beware of Concept Ford – Unethical Business Practices I had a very disappointing experience with Concept Ford, particularly with Nick and GM Jason Stewart. We had a confirmed deal in place for an F-150, including agreed pricing. Just before the scheduled pickup date, they suddenly increased the price of the truck . When I questioned the change, I was told, “It is what it is”, and that nothing could be done. This kind of last-minute price change is dishonest and unprofessional. It feels like a clear bait-and-switch tactic. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing and be prepared for sudden changes. I would not recommend Concept Ford based on my experience. If there has zero star I can give them zero. More
