I purchased my car from this dealership a little over 2 months ago. When we finalized the deal, I made a verbal agreement with the salesperson that the car mats would be included. They told me the mats would be purchased and shipped to my town, but I still haven’t received them.I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but most of the time there’s no answer or no reply to my text messages. It’s frustrating because I genuinely love the car and think I got a fair deal overall, but it’s disappointing that they haven’t followed through on what was promised.Hopefully they make things right soon, but as of now, I can’t recommend them based on my experience. I even sent and email to the Dealer Principal but havent heard back More

The service department is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Over the years, I’ve used Comox Valley Dodge as a last resort because there were ALWAYS complications to appointments. The service staff were disorganized and often rude. On multiple occasions, appointments were mishandled because parts were forgotten or not ordered on time, causing unnecessary delays. I was also charged for work that hadn’t been done. Overall, the communication and professionalism here were extremely poor. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. More

We recently bought a Ford escape from this dealership. We love the car but not happy with our last service. We had a second fob that had to be programed to the car.Made the appointment for 1pm. Somehow they messed up the original fob so neither worked.Off to the Ford dealership to have the problem fixed. Great now we sit in the dodge dealership waiting for our vehicle.Not one person approached us with any information on the status of the car. Offered a cup of coffee ora glass of water. Amazing sales team! I popped into Comox Valley Dodge simply to check out their incredible showroom (or so i thought). I ended up chatting with a salesman on the floor a I popped into Comox Valley Dodge simply to check out their incredible showroom (or so i thought). I ended up chatting with a salesman on the floor and test driving a new Jeep. It was a no pressure transaction and the salesman worked with me to explain all the features and make sure this was in fact the best vehicle for my life style. Absolutely horrible. Their service rep and shop manager are both awful. They did the recall wrong, and told me it wasn’t their problem anymore and I needed to call Dodge. Their service rep and shop manager are both awful. They did the recall wrong, and told me it wasn’t their problem anymore and I needed to call Dodge. They tested the vehicle at the incorrect mileage and put an oil additive in without my consent. When I told them I wanted it retested they agreed even though this was outside of the test parameters. And wasted 4 hours of my time. Either the manager didn’t read the recall properly or was trying to get rid of me. The service rep had no idea what was going on half the time. Don’t go here. More
