Overall I have used Colony for the maintenance of 2 Lincolns and have always found them to be very friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to ass I have used Colony for the maintenance of 2 Lincolns and have always found them to be very friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist with a loaner vehicle or arrange a rental at their cost. In May, when the lease was coming due on my 2015 MKC in July, I spoke with Matthew Hall about the new, 2019 model. I placed an order and everything was explained to me in detail. The car was delivered from a factory order earlier than expected it was arranged that I could take delivery of it before the lease ended on the 2015. Delivery was made on July 9 and Matthew literally rolled out the red carpet. A very smooth transition from one vehicle to the other. More

Poor Service TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Bought a Ford F-150 in March, 2018 and there are already problems with the suspension. Took it to the dealer showed the problem t TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Bought a Ford F-150 in March, 2018 and there are already problems with the suspension. Took it to the dealer showed the problem to mechanic but he didn't have time to chase down the problem. Got a first available appointment 1 week later and left the truck at the dealership for all day. At the end of the Day, I was told to come back next week and leave the truck overnight because now they need to take apart the parts and narrow down the problem. I got bounced from service to sales department just to get a rental vehicle. Good sales staff but this dealer does not want anything to do with the vehicle when it comes to covering the warranty because the labour rates are much lower what FORD pays for warranty repairs. The absolute worst service team ever!! It's too bad that a family owned business has such poor service. The sales group does their job well, but be prepared for a major disappointment with their service team. Their shop foreman (Hugh) doesn't have a clue about customer service. This behaviour extends to the technicians. The collision centre manager (Gary) is worse than Hugh (hard to believe but true). This guy doesn't care about anybody and is rude to most customers. The only saving grace with Colony's service team is their service advisors. Wendi Best is fantastic and it's too bad the terrible working conditions forced another great service advisor (Jody Belford) to walk out (you can find Jody at the Ford Lincoln dealership in Bolton). Getting a good deal on a vehicle purchase is a very minor part of the car buying experience and this is quickly forgotten when the service level is so bad that you are forced to go elsewhere for even an oil change. Speaking to the Kerr family doesn't do any good. They will listen to you and even apologize but nothing changes. More
