Brian Henry does not keep his word on promised items. Does not answer texts and hangs up on you when called. All ok when buying vehicle after papers signed, no help to keep his word. First I brought a 2022 Hybrid Escape because of knock in engine, traded and lost money for Escape Titanium with the promise to provide cargo cover. Almost 9 months now still waiting. Always making excuses eg; on vacation, virus, no part, ordered, parts department will call me, nothing pans out and still no part. Refuses to return calls or text and hangs up when he realizes who is calling. Dealership seems great but salesman Brian Henry is not to be trusted to keep his word . More

June 6 car half serviced, brakes , aliment ect done , but had no routers for my make of vehicle so would order and get me back probably the next week . When 2 week passed I followed up , to a abrupt service had no routers for my make of vehicle so would order and get me back probably the next week . When 2 week passed I followed up , to a abrupt service person who seem annoyed I had called said they were on back order and they would call me ! On july22 l call again cause my brakes r back to original problems. Still on back order ! Not impressed!!!! More
