In my opinion it is the best message I've ever sat through while waiting for information from a service department. Thank-you! HM Vernon, B.C. Dec 6. 2018 More

Recently I had my Lincoln MKX serviced at College Ford Lincoln. I've got to say that they went above and beyond by giving me a loaner vehicle. They also cleaned my car! Service was awesome. Thanks! We were greeted on the sales floor by Troy Mihalicz who took us into parts department, saw into it that we were helped, and stayed with us. We then went to the service dept, signed a paper and left, totally satisfied. It was as simple as changing a battery in our key fob, but we felt that it really mattered to everybody we dealt with that our problem was fixed. A great bunch of people at the dealership. I received an email asking for a review, but I don't do facebook or google Thank you L.G. & Tina Fellger More

I took my vehicle in for noises from engine. Told it was normal (with 1 month left on warranty). I didn't accept that answer so I kept hassling them. Finally, they agreed something was wrong and replaced my normal (with 1 month left on warranty). I didn't accept that answer so I kept hassling them. Finally, they agreed something was wrong and replaced my engine. After the engine replacement I noticed the vehicle didn't run the same, and with only 700KM on it since the change. I Contacted the dealership and they told me "well, Ford wont' touch your vehicle for free now since you don't have warranty". I proceeded to email the service manager (Steve) who was amazing to work with when I was asking for the engine replacement, but since I didn't have warranty left he never even e-mailed me back. They also left two wrenches in my engine bay after replacing the engine, and shorted me $40.00 on rental car coverage. Another time, I was told I needed to change my transmission fluid during it's regular interval as it was getting purple (should be red). I agreed. Three days later the transmission wouldn't shift out of first. I restarted it and it worked normally. However, I checked the fluid, and it was still purple. I took it in and saw Ed, their shop foreman. He told me that "new fluid is supposed to be purple". So I left it. Approximately 2,000KM later I had an issue with a speed sensor, which I assume was the cause of the transmission not shifting in the first isolated incident. At that time, the service advisor (Peter) told me my fluid was purple and it is supposed to be red. I informed him that I just had it changed, so he agreed to change it free of charge. Yet again, another time I went in to have warranty work completed and was told I had a "faulty transmission fluid dipstick" and it would cost me approximately $300.00 to replace it. I refused, thinking that since the car is under warranty I should not be paying for something Ford made faulty. Anyways, when I went into College Ford's certified quick lube at a later date I informed them of my "faulty dipstick". The technician told me there was nothing wrong with my dipstick. With that said, there is one positive about College Ford. And that is Mandy. She is a service adviser who seems the one exception. She truly tries to help in anyway possible and she is a total babe. I have never had more anxiety or frustration with a dealership than College Ford. From what I can tell they are out to make money by doing the most dishonest and sketchy things possible. I highly recommend NOT going to this dealership. More
