Purchase of 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I live in Edmonton but the dealerships here didn't have the Jeep I wanted with color and options. I could have had it delivered to Edmonton but I didn I live in Edmonton but the dealerships here didn't have the Jeep I wanted with color and options. I could have had it delivered to Edmonton but I didn't like dealing with the egotistical stealerships in the city. So I managed to find the Jeep I wanted and drove 3 hrs to Cold Lake. They were great right off the bat. Brent answered every question I had. Down to earth staff, not pushy at all, and had some good laughs there. And best of all they gave me the best price I could get for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Thanks so much Brent, Allan and Anna, you guys are awesome! More

Horrible Experience The Sales lady was super nice and helpful. My husband and I knew we didn't have the best credit, but still needed to get a vehicle. After speaking with the sales lady we were passed on to finance... She was so unpleasant!! She looked at our rating and dismissed us- she didn't even bother seeing if we could get financing!! A week later we went to another dealership and purchased the exact same vehicle with financing. Too bad they lost out on a sale! More

Dishonest from the moment I met them!! I called the dealer in question on October 17th and asked for the sales department. Cameron Gervais called back and quoted a price of 34,000 for the vehicle I was considering. We met on October 21 and he quoted the same price in person 3 times for the same vehicle. A few times he said the price will not go any higher than that. I drove to the dealer on Fri the 23rd of October and he informs me that the vehicle does not have command start and this will cost an additional 1000 or more. That is when I should have walked out but, I was already getting sucked in by his lies. I had to wait there all day just to get the command start installed. A job that he said would only take two hours. If i could give this dealer a zero rating I would but, the system will not allow it. More
