Cobourg Mazda - Review February 25, 2023 (If I could give it 10 stars, I would!) Just two weeks ago I started to look for a low mileage previously-owned Mazda CX5 which was in great condition for our daught it 10 stars, I would!) Just two weeks ago I started to look for a low mileage previously-owned Mazda CX5 which was in great condition for our daughter. We were working with a certain budget and had done our homework on what to expect to pay. I Googled the top Mazda dealerships and Cobourg Mazda showed up as the top Mazda Dealership in Ontario. This dealership is over a 90 minute drive away (on a good day) and has EXCEEDED our expectations. Josh Koffman was the only salesperson from over 10 Mazda dealerships that I'd written to who responded by 'phone (and within an hour of me contacting his dealership via their website). That set him apart from the get-go, given the personal touch. He had understood exactly what I was looking for. He then forwarded me photos and details of two vehicles which met our criteria, which I immediately sent onto our daughter. Short story, Josh put one of the cars on hold for me to see next morning and wow, the drive was certainly worth it! We picked up the immaculate car this morning. I can’t wait for my daughter’s beaming smile when she takes her first car for a drive tomorrow. Josh is a gentle-mannered, upfront, ‘no pressure’ sales guy who knows the car sales industry well. He’s worked at the Cobourg Mazda for two years and I’m hoping he’s there when we upgrade our other daughter’s car. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone, whether a new or used car. Sent a request for an estimate on a trade-in. Warren replied promptly with an invitation to visit the dealership. He listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle and suggested the CX-5. We were offered a fair-trade in for the vehicle and decided to proceed. We signed the financing application on Friday and the car was ready by the following Wednesday. Angela was very helpful with the loan application and even reached out to the insurance company to help switch over the insurance. When we picked up the vehicle, Steve introduced himself as the dealership sales manager and said we can contact directly if we have any questions.
