I returned for a warranty purchase as well as some floor liners and they handled this quickly and efficiently as well. When we were looking to purchase Mark was great at providing options and recommendations without the sales pressure that you normally get in a dealership. The dealership did not have the particular car I wanted and they worked hard to find a suitable match. They also assisted in selling my previous vehicle although it was not a Kia. My overall experience was great and still have great friendly conversations when I am in for service with staff. I have found in the past once the deal is done the sales associate no longer has a interest in speaking with you this is not the case at Kia. As for service it has been great too they have been accommodating and helpful whenever there has been a issue with my vehicle. Glad I chose a great dealership and happy with my purchase overall.
