To be honest he was so great and as well as the dealer ship I wouldn't hesitate to drive 2.5hrs one way if I had an issue because I know I can trust them 100%. Mark took his time to go over all the settings with us the day we were leaving every thing went so smooth from first seeing the SUV to the paper signing. and Catharine the financing services manager was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and very knowledgable and walked us through the final paperwork seamlessly. I brought my 2010 Kia Soul to Kia Cobourg for a brake inspection. They recommended all new rotors and pads. A week later I noticed a loud noise when going bumps. On the weekend I put car on ramps and n inspection. They recommended all new rotors and pads. A week later I noticed a loud noise when going bumps. On the weekend I put car on ramps and noticed that the passenger side caliper had no bolts! This could have caused a serious injury or a fatality. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
