March 4th we picked up our Ford. After 5 weeks in the shop and hopefully a fully working car we got it back with a broken windshield and an extra 1200K on the Odometer. When we reached out to Ford to get shop and hopefully a fully working car we got it back with a broken windshield and an extra 1200K on the Odometer. When we reached out to Ford to get an explanation of the extra added Kilometers on our car they said that the wrote the wrong Odometer number on the Service documents!! So please do your self a favour and document everything on your car before taking it for repair or service. Ford did offer to pay for the windshield though. More

Ford Squamish Service Department has a great team. We have had a lot of issues with our brand new Ford Explorer 2020 and while the Sales team has been treating us poor and been impossible to communicate with, the guys at the Service Department and their manager has been responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking us through the entire process. Their attention to detail and our satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! More

Ripped off Today I picked up my van after a service. I saw on the bill that they charged me a gallon of def fluid. I filled it to overflow two days ago.i called them on it but they said they used a full container. There is no way they could of used more than a few tablespoons. I fell ripped off and will never go back. Too bad I was thinking of a new truck. More
Three months they had our van. Still not fixed. Unwilling. We left van that was under warranty with Coastal Ford to fix a number of issues for our commercial vehicle of which we explicitly outlined. Three months later they return the vehicle to us, the airbag light is still on. In the three months they had our vehicle, we find it very hard to believe that they were unable to acquire a part for a 2015 model. Now our company has to rent out a commercial vehicle to replace our van that we are unable to licence until the airbag issue is fixed. We tried to appeal to Coastal Ford to squeeze us in to repair the issue, but they were positive that there was no way possible for them to make any exceptions. More
I received excellent service when I brought my car for an oil change on Saturday October 9th. GOOD EXPERIENCE I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW F150. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A GOOD ONE SO FAR. FRIENDLY STAFF, EAGER TO HELP IN ANY WAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I BROUGHT MY I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW F150. I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE AND THERE WERE TRUCKS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE IN HOUSE RENTAL DEPARTMENT. I REQUESTED A TRUCK PRIOR TO AND THE SALES STAFF PITCHED IN PRONTO TO HELP ME OUT AND THE MANAGER LET ME USE HIS PERSONAL TRUCK FOR THE DAY. SQUAMISH FORD IS GROWING THROUGH SOME GROWING PAINS OVER THE LAST YEAR AND HAS HAD A COMPLETE CHANGE OVER IN STAFF IN SALES. I HAD A GREAT SALES EXPERIENCE AND HAVE NOT HAD A BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE. THE FACILITY IS A BIT OLD, HOWEVER THEY DO HAVE A NEW DEALERSHIP COMING SOON I AM TOLD. I HAVE BOUGHT A COUPLE VEHICLES FROM SEA TO SKY FORD OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AND I HAVE TO SAY THE SALES AND SERVICE DEPARTMENTS ARE VASTLY IMPROVED OVER PREVIOUS YEARS. More
WARNING: Sea to Sky Ford Service Department is the WORST vehicle shop I have ever dealt with (their sales department is awful as well)!!! They will try to give you the run around and try to deter you from vehicle shop I have ever dealt with (their sales department is awful as well)!!! They will try to give you the run around and try to deter you from bringing your vehicle to them for repairs when it is under full manufacture warranty and they are obligated by Ford Canada to fix it. Then when you insist on bringing it in, they finally pretend they are going to fix your vehicle, however, it will just sit on their lot for days, not getting serviced and they do not call you with updates on your vehicle as they promise. When you call in to check on your vehicle and to inquire why no one has contacted you, they will ignore your calls and messages for days and when you finally reach someone, they lie and pretend your vehicle needs more time for "diagnostics" (since they are not actually doing any work on it and it's just sitting there) and they claim that is the reason that you have not been contacted (which is total BS). Their employees will take your vehicle out for personal joyrides outside of business hours while the shop has it in their possession as well. Finally, when you receive your vehicle back after days or even weeks, it will still be in the same condition, if not worse than it was when you dropped it off (as they don't actually do any work on it, they simply take it off the shop lot and drive the xxxx out of it). CONSUMERS, PLEASE, GO ANYWHERE BUT SEA TO SKY FORD!!! Oh, and by the way, they have two other locations in Vancouver with the same owners, and they also treat vehicles and customers the same way! Please beware and bring your vehicle and money elsewhere. Good luck!!! :) More
