A few months ago I was searching for a used car and after finding the car I was looking for online at Coach auto sales, I went to the dealership to have a closer look. I was greeted by Todd and we began to g finding the car I was looking for online at Coach auto sales, I went to the dealership to have a closer look. I was greeted by Todd and we began to go over the car in the comfort of their showroom. I liked what I saw and heard so I put a deposit down that night. The next day there was a storm so I never took it for a test drive. I called Todd and was about to arrange a drive for another day and he advised me that the car was sold. I was shocked and in disbelief, Todd gave me a reason as to how this happened and he was committed to try and make things right by me. I replied, awhile later, stating that I found the exact same car I was going to buy from them at another dealership and that they should buy it and then sell it to me for what I was going to pay for the first car. This is where Darcy the manager comes in. It was late into the evening when Darcy responded to my email, I was honestly surprised at Darcy's replys when he agreed with my solution and would do whatever he could. The next day he called me and told me he got the car and it would be in Edmonton by the following weekend. I was impressed, relieved and very happy, you see this car was listed much higher than the first one I looked at it had a few less kms. and was 500 kms away. Darcy honoured the price from the first deal I was going to make and as I found out the second car ended up costing more than what I bought it for. I wrote this story to first show my pleasurable experience with Coach Auto Sales and to recommend this dealership to anybody. What they proved to me was that this company is committed to exceeding customer expectation. Good job! More
