When I bought my Civic Si, I paid for one upgrade to the wheels and floor mats. I negotiated that the original wheels be included as well. When I showed up to pick up the car, they tried to renege on that wheels and floor mats. I negotiated that the original wheels be included as well. Before long my tires were flat due to corrosion on the allow wheels and I had to buy two new tires. I suspect that they didn't clean off the corrosion and use bead sealer to check for leaks like they should have. They accepted no responsibility and between cleaning the corrosion and buying two new tires I was out $1,000. Cleaning off the corrosion is supposed to be done when you get new tires put on as part of that service. But they found a way to charge double. Clean the corrosion first, then call the customer two days later to tell them the tire isn't safe and needs to be replaced. So shady and/or incompetent. Either way, they don't respect their customers. They no longer offer shuttle services. I brought my car in for a 1pm appointment for tires and by 5pm it wasn't ready yet. Shop foreman was condescending and rude. They assume you are stupid and treat you as such. Stay as far away as possible. More

Was told needed new rear brakes only 3mm. $700. Replaced myself for$150,on inspection,they didnt need replacing. Still had 75% on pads. I hope im the only person this dealer tried to chea $700. We had a 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire swap. We called 3+ hours after dropping it off and the vehicle hadn't even been looked at. Absolutely the worst customer service I ever seen in my life . I brought my 2017 Dodge Ram that I purchased from Clarigton Honda for a warranty fix . After one week of having the truck never received one phone call for an update when I spoke to Allen on august 22 he said the truck is ready. But there is an issue the truck was broken into. When I got to Honda they said there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to Mike Clayton the general manger. He said a few cars were broken into and there was nothing he could do even tho the truck was under there supervision. They do not have a fenced yard to keep your vehicle safe. They do not bring them in the shop at night. When I showed up to the dealership have of the staff was apparently on lunch break and said they would Be more then and hour. Clearly they were trying to avoid the situation. I asked to speak who was in charge I was directed to a preson named Andy who apparently had no idea what was going on.😅😂. Finally mike Clayton was back from his hour lunch. All they tried to do is cover there behind. I brought the truck in there one piece came back totalled. As a result this dealership is ran by a bunch of clowns.after all was set and down Mike Clayton called me and also said get ur truck of my lot after it was unsafe to drive. There human resource Dept is not Much better. Look at ratings of there head office. It’s horrible. Please think twice before purchasing a vehicles from this deal ship More

He was upfront, transparent, knowledgeable and helpful. During the delivery he took the time to go over the features of my new vehicle. Nigel S was my Finance person. He was good to work with as he was responsive throughout the process of finalizing the deal. There was no pressure in buying additional warranties and provided details on each product along with the impact to my payments. Clarington Honda cares building relationships with their customers. Called this dealer spoke with a Carrie (she was nice) about buying a new snow blower for $1103 with a rebate they offered me on the unit. I gave my credit card set up a appointment for pick up. A verbal contract was made payment was given, then they call back say no rebate and wanted $1250. The manager on duty told me I have no written contract so I was out of luck. Told him I would write reviews on social media and he hung up on me. Lesson here they shouldn't be trusted get it in writing. More
