My first time at their service dept. Called them a month before to make arrangements for snow tires. Received a quote from parts and made an appointment. Tried to called them twice to make sure they had the before to make arrangements for snow tires. Received a quote from parts and made an appointment. Tried to called them twice to make sure they had the tires never received a call back. When I arrived they did not have the quote. They charged me 400$ more. I am still waiting for my car after two hours. I had VW before from Taylor Creek VW. I really miss their excellent service. Next car will be a VW. More

I bought a new car and was told by Aiden that the MTO would refund me for my old plates as they were bubbling. When I brought them into the MTO they told me that the dealership gave me wrong information. would refund me for my old plates as they were bubbling. I contacted Aiden back and he said that I should try another MTO and none of his other customers had that issue. I told him that I did not have the time. He said he would call the MTO to clarify. I let him know which MTO I attended and who I spoke to. He later left me a message saying he could not get through and he will try later in the week. A week later I had to call him back and Aiden informed me there was nothing he could do about it. I asked to be refunded the 60dollars I was out and he declined. This is not about the money, but about being accountable to the advice you provide. More

Poor customer service This dealership is impossible to book an appointment with or to speak to a service advisor over the phone. The call always goes to voicemail. Parts are quoted for two weeks to arrive but I don't receive a call back for over six weeks. On the sixth week, the parts conveniently arrive the same day that I can finally reach them by phone after trying multiple times all week. Avoid this dealership. More
