On extremely short notice (I arrived 0900 Saturday morning) they quickly identified a serious problem with my Odyssey tire that required its immediate replacement. Remarkably, they located two appropriate Michelin tires and a proper rim, despite the current supply chain issues. Within 90 minutes I was on the road to Maine, USA with a new pair of balanced rear tires and a full size spare. Their excellent service was delivered while they also satisfied the needs of scheduled & unexpected "walk-in" customers. Amazing customer service! This highlights that Civic Motors Honda employs top-notch professionals who take the time to listen, advise, and deliver extremely fast, highly effective customer service and car maintenance, all the while continuing to give first rate service to other customers. We have been long-standing Honda owners and have previously purchased/leased several cars @ Civic Motors. We recently purchased a 2021 Honda CRV EX and leased a 2021 Honda Accord 2.0 Touring, bas previously purchased/leased several cars @ Civic Motors. We recently purchased a 2021 Honda CRV EX and leased a 2021 Honda Accord 2.0 Touring, based on privately selling one vehicle and returning a previously leased vehicle. I felt that the sales prices for both vehicles were very good considering the high cost of the cars. There was no issue with the new CRV, but the new Accord had some paint defects. As a result, the dealership ensured repair of the Accord within a few weeks, and furthermore, for compensation, provided a paint repair on the new CRV as well (that was my fault). While this wasn't an ideal situation for us nor the dealership, I felt that Civic Motors sales team did an outstanding job ensuring that the problem was fixed and to our satisfaction. A major thank you to the entire Sales team for taking responsibility and ensuring overall satisfaction. This was a happy outcome for us! More
