When I picked up the car Peter was there to go through the process, explained what had to be done re my old car etc. He gave an intro to the car and all the features that there are on the vehicle and helped me set up my settings/ warranty info etc. After car delivery was followed by checking in with me a to satisfaction....very impressed with that. Peter has also taken the time to set up an appointment for me to have snow tires I bought installed. I have recommended Civic Motors - Peter Kelly to friends and will continue to. Ma décision de me procurer une Honda Accord fut motivée par par l'excellente qualité du produit ( j'ai une Accord 2005(170,000 km) qui s'est avérée fiable, confortable et performante. De plus, mon expérience du service chez Civic Motors est sans pareil. Et la voiture, et le concessionnaire sont donc les raisons principales de mon achat en plus de l'aide que m'a fournie Len Schmidt qui, en passant, insistait pour me servir en un très bon français (ce qui est plutôt remarquable puisque c'est sa 3e langue!). Je tiens aussi à souligner que le gérant de Honda Plus, Maurice Bégin, s'est également distinguée par ses conseils et n'a exercé aucune pression par rapport aux options de garantie prolongée, du traitement anti-rouille et d'assistance routière. I ended up purchasing a new 2013 Accord which I am very happy with so far. The process was painless and quick. I would caution people to research the rust proofing the dealership offers before you purchase so that you know what you're getting, price shop and see what type of deals you can get. Len was very helpful, had my car ready for me when I showed up, and answered any questions I had both during and after the purchase. I would most certainly purchase a vehicle from Len again. More
