Service and partsGREAT but BEWARE SALES I had purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord EXL...but sale did not go as planned and deal cancelled upon delivery! I noticed that the car had paint damage when it was being delivered to me. They said the car would be fixed and the damage would be repainted. I refused to accept any repainting on a brand new car. This car had been transferred from another dealership. I asked the sales manager, Real, if he could get me another car, possibly from another dealership. He was Extremely RUDE and ARROGANT. He proceeded to tell me I was a Jinx because the car came in damaged. He then tried to bully me into taking a cheaper model that I did not want and that did not have the safety Honda sensing package that I had my heart set on. He then refused to get me another car from another dealer or newly shipped like the one I had ordered. He said he would prefer to not sell me a car! Even the salesman, when I went to purchase did not know that EXL model was genuine leather interior. The salesman was not knowledgeable about the cars and the options. Anyway... WORST SERVICE and such blatant DISRESPECT from this Dealership!! This would have been my 3rd Accord purchased from Honda Sources and all my servicing done there as well. I have purchased my first Accord there in 1998...As a repeat and loyal customer, you can imagine my disappointment and shock to this treatment , especially since I was spending about $36 thousand dollars! Ended up purchasing a brand new 2016 Accord EXL at Honda Ile-Perot, that same evening, and it was delivered to me 2 days later! The service I received there was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. The salesman, Martin, was appreciative of my business and a pleasure to deal with! If you are considering purchase I highly warn you to think twice about Honda des Sources...worth the trip to Ile-Perrot...ask for Martin to serve you there!! More

Just make sure work to do is well understood by you and the advisor. Sometimes, I gave some instructions which were not in line with their normal procedure, and they respected these instructions. I saw many technical advisor come and go. Like everywhere else, these are human and their humor can vary. I have been dealing with Vince and Frank most of the time. Really happy with them. I know some other advisors are less receptive or polite, I tend to avoid they if possible. More

There is always an issue with the "shuttle" service they offer. This morning, I was spoken to very rudely by one of the receptionists (Tony). He was unable to answer a few of my very simple questions. He was not attempting to accommodate my request in the least bit. I have taken my business elsewhere. So should you. More
I had recently left my vehicle at the Honda D.D.O body repair shop after being involved in a collision with my Honda vehicle. The manager, Michel, was very nice and sympathetic, however, the rest of the s repair shop after being involved in a collision with my Honda vehicle. The manager, Michel, was very nice and sympathetic, however, the rest of the service was not. I left my vehicle with the shop on the 9th of January 2013, and was told it would take roughly two weeks to complete the repair. Thus began my ordeal with the shop. I passed by the shop on the 23rd of January after not hearing from the shop just to see if it was almost done, only to find out that my vehicle was still parked outside, still not worked on. I asked why that was, and was told that it was busy, and that it would take another two weeks before the repairs would be completed on my vehicle. So i waited, patiently. Within that time, I received the estimate from my insurance company, with the estimated repair date to be completed on the 29th of January. On the 6th of February, I called to ask if the vehicle was almost completed, and was told that it would be done within two or three days. Within the same week, my insurance company called to ask if I was satisfied with the repairs, to which I informed them that I had yet to receive my vehicle back. I called again, on the 9th of February, and was told that it, again, would be another week until my vehicle would be complete. Much to my surprise, when I passed by the shop on the 15th of February, I was told by an employee that the vehicle was being "reassembled" in the shop currently, and would be done in another two to three days. I finally received a call at 5:30PM on the 18th of February to tell me that the repairs on my vehicle were completed. I proceeded to go pick up the vehicle on the 19th of February. At a first glance, everything seemed great with the repairs done, and was extremely satisfied with the results, overlooking the length of time. When I was about to leave with my vehicle however, I noticed suddenly that the bottom lip of my bumper was cracked straight through the middle, and pointed this out to Michel, the manager of the shop. He asked his employees to go through the repair list to see if it had been part of the required repairs, and I was told that the only thing they did on the bumper was a spot repaint. I informed them that my vehicle had previously not had a cracked bumper, to which point I was shown a picture of my vehicle on their system with the damage and a cracked bumper, and the employee showing me this started yelling (actually yelling) at me to not accuse them of damaging my vehicle. I kept my calm, and informed the employee that I did not make any accusations, and that I had just stated that my vehicles bumper was not cracked prior to my collision and leaving the vehicle at the shop. The employee at that point, told me not to lie to them, and that I was clearly wrong. In other words, I was on my own and have no choice but to deal with it myself. More
