The salesperson that I worked with was polite and pleasant to deal with. I was led to believe that the car went through several inspections at the dealership and that there was no need to have an ind pleasant to deal with. However, after I had bought the vehicle and started having problems, I asked four different people about the inspection that the car goes through and asked to see a checklist. After three people said they know, I was told they only do a safety inspection on used cars. I test drove the vehicle twice, however 3 days later the engine light came on and now I have issues with the ignition and the motor does not run smoothly for the first 15 minutes. More
I walked out of there quickly one day after I heard a man in the back yelling at a female mechanic who was the only female working there! They don’t seem to know how to deal with female employees. Bought a brand new CX-30, Bob Powers was an excellent salesman who had no trouble showing me everything about the car and addressing every question and concern I had. There was never any pressure or rush salesman who had no trouble showing me everything about the car and addressing every question and concern I had. There was never any pressure or rush to get me into a car and the payment plan was easy to understand with nothing hidden from me. I would definitely recommend going to the front desk and asking for him next time you go to buy your car, you will not be disappointed. More

I never call for a bar room argument just an understanding my opinion is what you are catering too. looks like ok tires well get more off my business again this year , till now they at least have a bit patience , and sales people need to realize you want my money you have to earn it with some respect. I have been looking forward to a new electric car for the future , you have an excellent client , why do you not look after us better , this is not the first time i have had an issue with Mazda dealerships , when are you going to learn along with other automotive dealer ships not just Mazda that respect and patience for others is the most important quality you can ever have when dealing with people. . The first time I walked into City Mazda, no one greeted me. So I left and bought a car elsewhere. Two years later I came back because I really wanted a Mazda. They said they would trade my car in for a car me. So I left and bought a car elsewhere. Two years later I came back because I really wanted a Mazda. They said they would trade my car in for a car with the same features, specifically Apple Car Play. When I picked the car up, it did not have Apply Car Play. When I contacted the Sales person who sold me the car via email, I heard no response. I had also purchased a 4-year maintenance package. Every time I go in there, Merry, a service center employee is so rude and short! I actually avoid her now. I am only going there because I pre-purchased 4 years of maintenance. Afterwards, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have had nothing but negative experiences there. My car is only two years old and I've had to take it in to get things fixed already. As a woman, I also felt the service team patronized me. For example, my rotors were worn and I couldn't remember what they were called. When I explained the item that I was having issues with, the guy went out to look at my tires and said that I just have dirt on them. Excuse me sir, I'd know if I only had dirt on my tired! I have a graduate degree, I am not an idiot!! He insisted this was the problem. I had to call a man and get him to explain the problem before I was heard. I will NEVER buy a car from this location again. I would rather drive to Truro before I'd get another car from them. Its a shame because I do like Mazda vehicles. Prior to being with City Mazda, I dealt with Oregan's. They are amazing! The service department were always friendly, the sales person would always ask me how my studies were going when I went in to get my services done... I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere for your Mazda needs... More
They tend to find extra things wrong with the car when you bring it in. Also, we had issues with poor quality work. For instance, we dropped off the car to get rear breaks looked at.
