They cited how busy they were but I would prefer be booked on another day when they're not as busy. Or even ask me to bring it in after lunch and do it from 1:30-5 rather than drop it off at 8:30 and not have a car until 2. More

The Service Dept. treats customers badly, especially women. My husband and I have each owned Honda cars for years. Kings Honda, Kentville, NS gave excellent service, from Danny in sales, to Mike in Service. S My husband and I have each owned Honda cars for years. Kings Honda, Kentville, NS gave excellent service, from Danny in sales, to Mike in Service. St. John's City Honda, especially the Service Manager, are very disrespectful and rude. As a woman, I found this to be even more pronounced. We will not buy another Honda because of this dealership\s lack of good customer service. More

Im a 23 year old electrian own his own truck and got no bills I works hard and im sure like every one else. I have owned three to fohr hondas over the years. I went in to Honda to look into buying a new vehicle and I was walking around for over an hour and not one person came up to ask me if i was interested in looking at a vehicle. So i told them i wanted to look at a certain vehicle and take if for a test drive they said ok. But than i was not allowed to test drive the vehicle even with the seller with me. I don't know why but i wasn't. Very disappointed and will be taking my money else where. More
