I have been a loyal customer of City Ford for a number of years. I have been bringing my 2017 F150 into the service department since I bought it new. I have purchased and serviced a number of vehicles with City Ford over the past 30 years. I am always amazed that Dwayne Jones a Service Advisor recalls my name, type and year of vehicle every time I visit City Ford over the past 30 years. I am always amazed that Dwayne Jones a Service Advisor recalls my name, type and year of vehicle every time I visit. Dwayne is a gem in the Service Area. I recently experienced an issue with a hinge on the rear window of my Ford Escape that basically made it undriveable as there was potential for the rear window falling out. Dwayne immediately was aware of the part required, and had my vehicle in for repair and done within 24 hours. As I left the service area Dwayne advised that we had basically grown up together over the past 30 years( this was very special to me). I have not ever had to return a vehicle to the City Ford shop after their excellent, professional, courteous, reliable, professional service. Thanks to all of the above my 2011 Ford Escape is still doing very well at over 200,000 km. More

Had to give 1 star because I couldn't post at 0 stars. ...I tried to contact them multiple times regarding a warranty fix to my car and not once did I receive a call back with answers to my questions. They ...I tried to contact them multiple times regarding a warranty fix to my car and not once did I receive a call back with answers to my questions. They would not book me in for diagnosis of the problem after I explained the situation. Each time I called, they took down the same information and said they would call back and never did. They also said that if I were to take my vehicle to them, that I would need to pay restocking fees for parts that should be included in the warranty work. Overall, really disappointed that I now have to drive to another city to get the required work completed on my car. Will never go to them or recommend them due to the lack of customer service and how they think that they can just push you off for warranty work while you are driving a vehicle that is now considered 'dangerous and not roadworthy' until the fix is completed. More
Not fixing the car right the first time! after 3 days problem went back...bring back the car for back repair for the same problem and ending up paying again for the labor which is not cheap! Thank you to Jennifer in service and tech Eric. After dealing with Kentwood ford and having 4 clutch replacements in the last 4 years and sherwood ford and them doing nothing, they actually listened to w dealing with Kentwood ford and having 4 clutch replacements in the last 4 years and sherwood ford and them doing nothing, they actually listened to what I was telling them. WheI had to have my computer system completely replaced and I just had the 5th clutch replacement but because the tech actually took the time to go through the car, he actually found a leak at the valve cover that the previous dealerships didn't find, probably because they weren't looking. I have never gotten such good service from a dealership and really hope this is the last time the car has to go back in. Thank you city ford for actually going above and beyond to actually take the time to diagnose the car. More
unprofessional service took my 2014 focus in for a recall on the transmission clutch ASY (if your vehicle has already exceeded either time or distance limits this extended w took my 2014 focus in for a recall on the transmission clutch ASY (if your vehicle has already exceeded either time or distance limits this extended warranty coverage will last through Feb 10 2020) i was in on Jan 06 2020 ,after they determined that my vehicle had the shudder problem caused by faulty transmission, Michelle (very rude) told me that my vehicle didnt qualify because it exceeded the distance limit, and that i owed 156$ for the inspection. I asked to see the service manager and he read the recall notice and said that i did qualify,left car there came back to pick up no visible sign that anything was done but i was told it was fixed and handed a list of other things that were wrong with my car and that they needed to be fixed right away, the initial estimate for the clutch R&R was 11.5 hrs labour 1794.00$ ,on the work order i was given for the clutch R&R they say they did was 5.2 hours big difference, i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy More
Poor service I have taken my 2018 F150 there a few times to get repaired and always comes back with more things wrong . This last time I asked to have whining noise in the engine troubleshot and they said they couldn’t hear it. They did an update with the block heater cord and replaced front diff bearings. Got the truck back drove back to Fort McMurray then the whining noise still there, cruise control front collision sensor not working and now makes a funny noise when starting the truck. Never going back there. Wish the sales rep worked for another dealer as he is the best to deal with More

I told them before I left I would need to be picked up at 3:15 but no one showed up. When I called the service department I believe Shane was his name hung up on me the first time saying they have a new phone system then put me on hold for twenty minutes the second. I asked him to send a ride so I could pickup my vehicle and he said my vehicle would not be done today and they don’t give rides to the south side. I told him I was stranded and required a loaner or a ride he more or less said I was out of luck. I will not ever recommend City Ford to anyone, they don’t care about wArranty customers because they make no money. Terrible service!!!!! Worst I ever experienced!! More
Update of my July 2nd 2019 Review This is a continuation of my review from July 2nd. We got to the RV dealership with our recently purchased (used) F150 from City Ford. All was going w This is a continuation of my review from July 2nd. We got to the RV dealership with our recently purchased (used) F150 from City Ford. All was going well until we hooked the RV into the 7 pin plug to tow the RV. BAH! It would only do a Left Turn Signal. Since it was unsafe to tow, we left the RV at the dealership and headed back to City Ford. I believe it was around 6pm and we met with AJ and told him the issue. He said for us to be in first thing in the morning...and everything would be taken care of. We came back the next day just before 8am and we were greeted by Jennifer Wood. We told her of our meeting with AJ, she had us bring the truck into the service bay immediately, wrote up the work order...advising us that there was now a FIX for the transmission recall...that they would do at the same time. We were then invited upstairs for coffee. Shortly thereafter, Jennifer came to see us. The repairs to the tow package were more than just the 7 pin plug...it would need more further up the harness line. It would take a couple of hours....so we were provided a free service car loaner. About two hours later, we received the phone call that everything was done. We arrived back and were presented our keys to the truck....NO CHARGE! Folks, here is a dealership that stands behind their product! Now...as for the 'Tug Test' of towing the RV. 4600 lbs....no issues. We enjoyed a short camping trip and are VERY happy with our F150 purchase (and the RV of course :) . Thanks to everyone at City Ford. We look forward to our next purchase from you. More
