Great experience, done right the first time I recently purchased a used F-150 King Ranch and was very pleased with the service and the integrity of my salesman. I was hesitant to visit this dealership to begin with but after dealing with Curtis Andrews I discovered I was mistaken in my assumption. I would not think of doing business with another salesperson after my amazing experience. There was no BS, and everything was done right, the first time. :) Also, Ameen (Curtis's manager) is also a world-class gentleman to deal with as well. Thanks again everyone! More

So we purchased two used vehicles, a 2012 Ford F350 Super Duty and a 2013 Ford Escape, which are fully loaded, beautiful vehicles! But our salesmen was the best part of the whole deal. He was energetic, polite and genuine! He went above and beyond mine and my husband's expectations. It just made a really stressful time in our lives a stress free and relaxing experience. We would and have recommended him to all the people we know and in future when in need of another car or truck we will be going right back to City Ford and Curtis Andrews who is AWESOME!!! More

It was like most of his brain and attention where somewhere else. Everytime I had any need in regards to my purchase he would forget which caused a real inconvenience for me. The only thing that changed my experience from awful to excellent was the sales manager, finance and the parts manager they where both attentive and great to deal with. I felt that they actually did not treat me as a commission but as a customer. I have actually purchased another ford 3 months later and it would have been from City ford but I left a message for the sales manager to please give me a call. He never called so I bought another ford from another dealership. The amount of money a customer has to put out for a new vehicle does not equate for the nickel and dime service one receives. More

What a waste of time, between being pressured and never getting answeres to my questions it was such a horrible experience. He felt the need to answere only the questions he felt like answering. My wife and I went up on a Sunday, coming from 2 hours away, and wasn't able to test drive the truck..... So we set up another appointment when the timing was better. As we were pulling out of the parking spot he comes running up to the car and says " I just talked to my manager and he says if you want to go ahead and sign the paperwork to get it started we could"...... Who buys a new vehicle without knowing the price, let alone seeing or even driving the truck. Three days later I get a text from the sales guy asking if I wanted to go ahead and switch my insurance over from the car to the truck (the one I still don't know how much the price is and havent drove or seen). At this point I couldn't handle it anymore. Went to the ford dealer in town and told him what was going on with city ford and ended up making a deal with them instead of city ford. However, the troubles don't end there..... I had contacted the sales guy at city ford and told him I bought a truck elsewhere and received no response, so I had thought he was upset. Couple days later I get a text asking if I was coming in to look at the truck, so I told him again. He went from being Mr. Nice guy to the devil himself in 2 seconds. Very unprofessional, rude, and even making remarks about my past credit problems. He even told me that he's glad he didn't sell us the truck as he didn't need our business. Totally unimpressed, just couldn't believe what was going on. Simply put, DO NOT. DEAL WITH CITY FORD!! More

I was told by the employee I picked up the car from (NOT the salesman I bought the car from) to bug the dealer for a second key because I should get one. He knew I was a new car buyer and was just being nice. So I did just that, I asked for a second key because they should be able to provide it even with a used car, and I was under the impression that it did when I had bought it. Instead I dealt with a very rude salesman, and a reluctant manager that took over 5 phone calls and messages to get a hold of, and another 5-10 discussions back and forth. Eventually I got no where with these men, so I figured I should just get a key at the "discounted" $150 instead of $300, and not have to deal with these crooks again. I brought my car in to get the key programmed and Justin, the salesman, walked past me 3 times without acknowledging me, no "how's the car?", "I'm glad we got this sorted out for you", NOTHING (just a glance in which he clearly knew who I was). Eventually between 4 different people trying to help me get my loaner car (they were all extremely busy watching the football game in the sales room), I drove off with my loaner car (after scraping it off myself because no one would tear themselves away from that tv). I then didn't hear from the dealership for 11 days (even though I was calling Richard, the manager I dealt with, and asking when it would be done), until I finally had someone call and say "hi, I don't know if you know, but your car has been ready for a few days now". I finally got there the same day to get my car and new key. I dropped the loaner car off at the front and went to the service department. I returned the keys and got my invoice, which claimed I owed nothing as everything said "no charge". I asked the cashier and he said I didn't owe anything. At that point I finally thought they turned the leaf and were finally giving me for free like they should have in the first place. However the following 5 hours I was called over 5 times by the manager I had dealt with because they couldn't find the loaner car keys I had dropped off, and rudely claimed that I still owed them the $150 for the key (even though my invoice said $0/No Charge). I am a brand new car buyer (first car, bought the car cash and it was over $17000, so definitely not the cheapest used car there. Enough that I would expect to be acknowledged by the guy that got my sale, and treated better by everyone I had contact with), and this completely turned me off of City Ford. I would NEVER recommend buying a car there (I'm in my early 20's, that's ALL of my friends) and will NEVER return for any service or accessories I need in the future. More

Terrible dealer. Did the deal over the phone, he Flat out lied to me saying certain features were on or would be installed in the car, then never followed up.
