I took it over to City Ford and Jeff and Dan listened to my story and assured me they would get it fixed.After 3 days of diagnosing ,many phone calls from Jeff who kept me loop of what was going on ,they called and said it was ready. Dan explained to me what had happened and how they fixed it. It is still FIXED. More

They'll be hearing even more from me in the coming months, as this little old lady will not put up with being jerked around. If you're thinking of buying from City Ford, do some research first. And watch out for all the fake reviews that they put up to get their ratings up. They are a 2 point something on this site for a reason, not the 4 point something on the Google account. We visited a few dealerships, and we found the old pushy ways of doing business, at City Ford we had to think about it overnight, so they let us drive the vehicle for the night, and came back the next day and bought it. I advised her that I was having issues with my new 2016 for I phoned city ford at 8 AM Friday morning and talked to a service advisor name Tara Hill. I advised her that I was having issues with my new 2016 ford F1 50 and I was heading out of town for the weekend that afternoon. She was very professional very courteous and understood my dilemma. She was able to get my truck in For service and was able fix my truck with great speed and proficiency. Throughout the entire process she was professional had a constant smile on her face and made my visit a very enjoyable visit. Absolutely nothing about my latest experience there was positive. Not the salesman, and not the financing. If I could return my vehicle and go somewhere else I would. I'd recommend being a salesman yourself, so you can read through their answers better than I did. Then, I get a call from the salesman asking me to change my review, so I asked him, what did you think I was going to say? And he tried blaming everyone else for what happened, then tried the sympathy card, "but all of my other sales were perfect, this will really effect my paycheck" so just more of the same. If either one of my other 2 vehicle purchases had gone like this one there never would have been a third. More
Hermes temraz worst used car dealer ever Hermes temraz is horrible came out friendly at first but after when we wanted to think about it he started to get angry the reason we were upset is th Hermes temraz is horrible came out friendly at first but after when we wanted to think about it he started to get angry the reason we were upset is that the dealership said they would match us 2 thousand if we put down 5 thousand when doing the calculations for the price and everything there two thousand was not there i inquired and was told there manager is getting the two thousand ready but he wanted us to sign the bill of sale i also noticed that the five thousand i was putting down in cash on the car was there was 1000 dallars missing and when i asked him about that he told me that any cash being put down a portion goes to administration fees i told him that was to much money and said we would like to think about it a little more hermes temraz began to yell at us that we wasted his time he got into the mustang that he tried to sell us and drove off like a maniac to park it almost hitting my wife while driving by if you decide to give this terrible dealership business beware of this used car sales man hermes temraz horible More
Used car experience I came in looking for a SUV and ended up with a car which I like. My sales guy, Curtis Andrews was really easy going no pressure which was great. But overall quite disappointed in the service. When I came in to pick up my car, it wasn't washed, I had asked when I bought it to have the city ford sticker removed, wasn't done so had to come back for that. Little things but nice to have them done when you pick up your new Car. I didn't notice while doing the test drive as there was no need to really turn the ac or heat on. Once I started driving it more noticed that there was a smoke smell in the vents. I thought it would go away if i left the windows open but after a month it hadn't. Called Curtis who was very slow at getting back to me. Asked him what to do and he told me there was a treatment that could be done and he would find out the cost. I said this should have been done when I got it. So he said he would book me in to get it done. Didn't call me the days was supposed to. I texted him he said Thursday and was very short and not very helpful. So Thursday came around i ended up having a migraine that day so couldn't make it it. He said no problem. There was no follow up to this conversation so I was frustrated. Finally I went for an oil change and had asked them to change my cabin air filter. It was DISCUSTING! Had never been changed! I assumed that the dealership would have done all of these changes as they do an inspection but apparently that wasn't. Also the engine air filter looked like it had never been changed either. Texted Curtis with a picture of this 4 days ago. No response. He said he wanted to be my go to car guy, but I would not recommend him. More
