Hokey I knew exactly type of used F150 I wanted. I called ahead and told the person in sales about my exact criteria. He called back and told me about the y I knew exactly type of used F150 I wanted. I called ahead and told the person in sales about my exact criteria. He called back and told me about the year, price, mileage of a few trucks that fit my criteria so I came in to look at the trucks. The first truck he showed me (after we walked past a handful of salesmen looking incredibly un-productive and smoking outside on the step), actually had 100,00 more kilometers than he had told me on the phone. This was disappointing, because this truck was the reason that I came into the dealership at all. I had to point out the mileage to him on the dash for him to see that he had made a mistake. He was newer to the job, so could have been an "honest" mistake - who is to know for sure! So then he showed me the next truck, a 2014 F150 that was in all honesty, about $8,000 overpriced. But this dealership had the gimmick where they would match your down payment of up to $2,000 off the asking price. Well I think that this is just a huge gimmick that aims to make the customer feel like they're getting a good deal. Too bad the vehicle was $8,000 overpriced to begin with. I wanted to see just how much they would sell me that truck for, so I told the salesperson that I wanted to make an offer. I was brought into the dealership and instead of sitting at the sales person desk in the back corner (where it was quiet and private), the sales person with his manager brought me into the middle of the showroom and sat me down. They pointed out their spinning wheel of free prizes including "free trips to Vegas"...etc. on the way to sit down. It was so hokey! We started to discuss prices. I was calm and professional about the whole thing. I stated that I think they have a huge mark-up on their prices and that I would be interested in buying the truck if the price was reasonable. The sales manager started getting very aggressive and raising his voice. People walking around us in the showroom were starring at us! It was so unprofessional and downright embarrassing for that business. It was like every stereotypical thing about car salesmen happening before my very eyes. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Don't fall for the gimmicks. Do your research and really compare prices that other dealerships are offering. I would go to Sherwood Ford or DK Ford before this place. The people at Sherwood & DK were much more professional! More

The Service Department is fantastic, very thorough and efficient. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, they were extremely helpful with both of my vehicles. The first one was an Escape, I had told them exactly what I wanted as far as options etc, what I could afford and they found me a vehicle with more than I had asked for and for less than I wanted to spend. I purchased another vehicle less than a year ago, and again the experience was excellent, they again found me another vehicle over and above what I was looking for. I definitely give City Ford 5 Stars, they have always gone well above and beyond, and again I recommend this dealership to everyone I know! :-) More

I had my 2017 F-150 at the dealership I bought it from , for a no start problem after sitting for 2 days. They said it was fixed but it wasn't. I took it over to City Ford and Jeff and Dan listened to my story and assured me they would get it fixed.After 3 days of diagnosing ,many phone calls from Jeff who kept me loop of what was going on ,they called and said it was ready. Dan explained to me what had happened and how they fixed it. It is still FIXED. More

They'll be hearing even more from me in the coming months, as this little old lady will not put up with being jerked around. If you're thinking of buying from City Ford, do some research first. And watch out for all the fake reviews that they put up to get their ratings up. They are a 2 point something on this site for a reason, not the 4 point something on the Google account. FAKE FAKE FAKE I'm watching you City Ford More
