Buying a car can be a daunting task, but City Ford took the fear out of the equation from the moment we walked on the lot. Our sales rep, Scott, was a tremendous help - in that we knew exactly what we wanted when we walked on the lot, but we were never treated like easy marks. Scott made sure to know exactly what our families needs were, and walked us through the process with care and attention to make sure we were totally satisfied with both our new vehicle and the price. We truly appreciate Scott and City Ford’s “No BS” approach, and in a world where nothing is certain in customer service anymore, the experience we had at City speaks volumes. Thanks again Scott! I did provide a review for his excellent service and my pleasant experience, but I also feel that Mark Leszczewski, City Fords' financing employee, requires a commendation. Mark thoroughly explained each step of my financing with me. I asked a lot of questions and he happily and graciously answered all of them, in a format which I could easily understand. I just turned 86 on August 6th and purchased a slightly used Ford Expedition as a birthday gift to myself. I did have some difficulty understanding the financing process and rules governing my financial expectations. My situation was also somewhat complicated. Mark assisted me every step of the way and ensured to make it work. After the long weekend had past, he made it happen. Because of Mark, I am now the very happy owner of a beautiful vehicle. More

Called them very upset and asked if they were going to pay for a tow and they said No I have to. It was before 2:00 on a Friday and there was NO service manager there to talk to. He had left for the weekend already and they couldn’t even look at it till Monday. Very unimpressed. Hopefully they fix this mess. More
