I have purchased and serviced a number of vehicles with City Ford over the past 30 years. I am always amazed that Dwayne Jones a Service Advisor recalls my name, type and year of vehicle every time I visit City Ford over the past 30 years. I am always amazed that Dwayne Jones a Service Advisor recalls my name, type and year of vehicle every time I visit. Dwayne is a gem in the Service Area. I recently experienced an issue with a hinge on the rear window of my Ford Escape that basically made it undriveable as there was potential for the rear window falling out. Dwayne immediately was aware of the part required, and had my vehicle in for repair and done within 24 hours. As I left the service area Dwayne advised that we had basically grown up together over the past 30 years( this was very special to me). I have not ever had to return a vehicle to the City Ford shop after their excellent, professional, courteous, reliable, professional service. Thanks to all of the above my 2011 Ford Escape is still doing very well at over 200,000 km. More
