Warranty work for rattle in door panel - unfixed I had a rattle in the front door panel of my 2017 Cadillac ATS that I asked to have looked at. Dealership diagnosed and witnessed the rattle (i.e. it I had a rattle in the front door panel of my 2017 Cadillac ATS that I asked to have looked at. Dealership diagnosed and witnessed the rattle (i.e. it exists) but their fix was unsuccessful, and the rattle still exists. This is now the 4th time I’ve tried to have Cadillac fix the problem in this supposedly luxury car (3 times at another dealership, first time at City) but they’ve not been able to resolve the problem. Extremely frustrating and time-consuming experiences mean that I’d recommend future customers look at other luxury brands if they want a quiet, luxury vehicle. Cadillac isn’t of the same quality as it used to be decades ago. The service advisor was friendly and understanding, so that’s the one positive. More
