We drove 150km to look at a used car that was posted. The car was washed and looked good when we pulled up. I looked inside and it had not been cleaned. I went to open the hood and the release wouldn't work because the cable was stretched beyond adjustment. The salesman pulled the cable with pliers to unlatch. The engine bay was filthy and the oil not changed. I asked him why and he said they only had the trade ten days ago and had no time. Went for a test drive and the battery low charge indication came on. I pointed it out to the salesman and he said they boasted it yesterday and probably needs more charging. None of the steering wheel controls were functional. They said they would look into that. By now I've lost interest in the car but was willing to negotiate for the right price. The manager offered us half the value of our trade in and that's where it ended. For an established dealership I was very disappointed and will never go back. The sad part is they don't care. By the way the car we looked at is still on their lot after six weeks. I do not recommend Chudd's Chrysler dealership. More

I don't recommend chudds for anyone. We have been dealing with Dan riddle for 5 months to trade in our jeep and it's a total waste of time. Chudds gets the AC working just in time I worked with Dave Johnson for my repairs on my 2018 Ram. I mentioned I wasn’t impressed with previous service from a shop in the city who just fixed my brand new trucks ac a month after I bought it. I went to use it this year and again no cold air. Dave was able to accommodate my dropping the truck off after hours and he had the repairs done quick and easy. I picked it up and once again my baby is blowing nice cold air. Thanks a bunch for accommodating my repairs so quickly, it is much appreciated. More

Do not go there for repair My car was there a week and they could not diagnose the problem. As well as, they lied to me about my warranty coverage and told me that I had no rental car coverage. Why Chrysler Canada does not enforce standards I do not know. All I do know is that Chudd's Chrysler is dishonest and careless. Do not go here for any reason. More
