I was charged 2 hours for the mechanic to detect the issue (supposdwly all are experts), not only that I have to bring ot back (since the claim was that the part has to be ordered) to install it and was charged for the labor too October 2017: brought the car to dix a noise. Was charged 89$ to investigate and the claim was no noise. I have to record the moise on my cell. Brought the car back with the recording. Guess what the mechanic when installing rhe winter tires, screwed the brakes disk, which turned the one making the noise. These 2 are just 2 examples i enountered with the servixe department for the last 9 years. More
