Horrible first time dealer experience. I bought a used Toyota Sienna 2011 minivan from them and the sales lady(Kim Desjardins) is a liar, dishonest, devious and least bother with customer I bought a used Toyota Sienna 2011 minivan from them and the sales lady(Kim Desjardins) is a liar, dishonest, devious and least bother with customer experience. They sold me a car with major repair issues worth (8K) or more which they knew about in their inspection report back in October 13, 2022 When I asked for inspection, they refused and referred me to a private garage (Mecanique Langlois) who charged me 80$ and also didn't advised me about these issues except few minor issues. After I bought the car, I noticed white fumes and some other issues so my friend advised me to get the car fully inspected from another Toyota authorized dealer and this when I found out what they did with me. I took their inspection report, called Toyota Canada to launch complaint against them and they advised me that they could see all these major issues on their side. I took the car back to Chomedey Toyota Laval and explained the situation to them but as per used cars General Manager(Alexandre Herrera) they weren't aware about this inspection and issues which I find very hard to believe. Finally, after few days they took the van back and I got my money back but I lost my old car which I traded in, lost 1000$ to remove (Rust and Windshield) replacement, 80$ for the private Mecanique, 150$ for inspection at another dealer, 129$ for Rust proofing. Now I am carless in this weather and with four children :( I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. More
