Mon vendeur me fit la surprise lorsqu'il me dit que je l'aurais en janvier et comme je voulais. Cependant lors de la livraison du véhicule, mon vendeur étant malade c'est le directe Des ventes qui c'est occupé de moi. Après avoir signé les documents et inspecté l'extérieur. Je fit choqué de constaté que l'intérieur était gris bi couleur et non noir. Nous allions renoncer à la prendre mais après réflexion nous nous sommes dit que cela était une bonne publicité pour Hyundai de rouler avec. Nous contions sur un effort du directeur des ventes pour avoir un dédommagement suite à cette erreur ... mais RIEN DU TOUT ... et il m'a même fait payer les roues et pneu d'hivers au complet.... Et les explications du directeur suite à cette erreur ne tenaient pas la ligne !! Un menteur ... Nous aurions aimé être avisé d'avance et non sur le fait accompli. On 28.08.2021, I signed a contract to lease for 5 years a Hyundai Kona Electric Black Ultimate and put a $500 deposit. The sales manager, Elias Chaaya, told me it is going to take 2 weeks to bring the car to Hyundai Kona Electric Black Ultimate and put a $500 deposit. The sales manager, Elias Chaaya, told me it is going to take 2 weeks to bring the car to Hyundai Chomedey, because they don't have that color and ultimate in the dealership. They have it in the other dealership and it needs 2 weeks to make a transfer. After 2 weeks, I didn't receive my car, he asked me for another 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks, his head of sales (Directeur Adjoint) Elias Haddad (by the way there 2 Elias), told me you are going to 100% receive your car in 8 weeks. On 14.10.2021, I received an email from Hyundai Canada: We are happy to confirm your order has been placed with the factory. Your vehicle is expected to be built on 11/2021 and is number 116 in the priority sequenceΩ. I went to Hyundai Chomedey to see the director Ellias Haddad and showed him the email. He checked on the computer and told me yeah, in November the car will be built, in November I will get the VIN code of the car, and when I get the VIN code, maximum in 10 days your car will be delivered. He gave me his business card and his personal number. So on 15.11.2021, I called him and he didn't respond, I left a message and asked if you have any news. So the next day I didn't receive any callback, so I decided to go to the dealership and ask him. He wasn't there, I left a message to the desk girl, and left, after 15 minutes I got call from him, and he told me you know your car is going to be here in February 2022, so I told him I'm coming to get back my deposit, you are lying my 4 months, and I don't want to have any car from your dealership. I went to the dealership, threw the contract on his desk, and he started shouting at me. He told me to get my money back and get a F...K out of here, he was very rude, he was threatening me, you don't know who I am, and used F..K off word in his natural language. He told me that he doesn't want to have a F...K client like me.He did it in the middle of Hyundai Chomedey, in front of the front desk, there were 3 of his sales managers and a lot of clients. Dear other clients of Hyundai, be careful of this person, don't trust them at all. Elias Haddad, you are not allowed to work with the clients. You don't know anything about customer support. More
