our experience we went to look..and i admit, i was leery of going into a car dealership, lone female with kids in tow. fear not! we were greeted by MORGAN who was fr we went to look..and i admit, i was leery of going into a car dealership, lone female with kids in tow. fear not! we were greeted by MORGAN who was friendly and welcoming. and HONEST--he admitted he was only 2 weeks into his employment at the chilliwack vw dealership. we were also introduced to his manager keith and together they picked out cars for us to look at based on our needs and wants. i was listened too and used cars where picked out for me but i was also encouraged to try and drive a car [new] that was not what i wanted but saying that, it was not pressured into buying it when i said it was out of my comfort zone for pricing. Morgan was a very supportive and encouraging co-pilot as i once again drove a standard after being away from it for 7 years.--he would make a great driving instructor! he took the time and had the patience to go through all the features of the car in a positive and enthusiastic approach--he answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars i tried. he was able to point out the pros and cons of each car i tried and interjected with tidbits of his own experiences owning a vw. MORGAN was with us from start to finish [just over 3 hours], and we never felt hurried or pressured. he was very kid friendly [as commented by my kids] and every desk we sat at [august and danny], they made room for us 3. it was a positive experience for us--i knew the reputation of vw cars was stellar, and i can also say without reservation, that our experience with morgan was the same.
