She was informative and most of all respected my wishes not to be pressured. The rest of the staff almost felt like family to me. They were so kind and even helped me after buying the car as I had lost my documents whilst moving. I bought my car the day before my birthday, and sure enough I got a message from Nadine on my birthday to wish me a great day. How nice was that. I think she's a great employee along with the remaining staff. I highly recommend her services to everyone!!!!! More

I was greeted at the door by Jesse and we sat and talked about the situation my mom was in with her vehicle and how she was looking to get a newer vehicle. The conversation eventually changed to my 2013 f150 and the money I was paying in both finance and fuel. Jesse gave me comparative numbers and showed me a 2012 VW Jetta TDI. Although previously used and a year older he assured me I would be more than happy with the switch. It has been a few months now and true to his word I am a VW fan and love the money I save with the TDI in fuel economy and as well all the extra features the VW has over the truck I had.
