Amazing Customer Service Stopped in to see what it would cost to have my Volkswagen stereo reset as I had previously had my battery disconnected to have some wiring issues rep Stopped in to see what it would cost to have my Volkswagen stereo reset as I had previously had my battery disconnected to have some wiring issues repaired. I had purchased my VW from an out of town dealership and didn't want drive all the way there to have it done. Evan made a phone call to see if he could get the stereo ID from the dealership but as it turned out the information was not in the file Evan went out to my car, pulled the stereo and got the code himself and reset the stereo at no charge.
