Awesome Help In A Tragic Situation Our resident (apartment building) had a fire in the underground parking and all vehicles were written off. We are also out of home from toxic smoke damage for now. We had 2 cars involved and we went to Chwk VW to get replacement vehicles (we both had VW's before). August was extremely knowledgable of the 3 type of vehicles we were trying to decide to get. Bill was amazing and extremely helpful getting the deal done once we decided! They both went well beyond the norm. This was so awesome and took a lot of stress out of a terrible situation. One less thing to worry about especially at Christmas time. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience right from the beginning . Our Experience was Fantastic !! I recently was in a situation where someone I knew had purchased a second hand vehicle (not from this dealership) and had noticed that there was a 'sh I recently was in a situation where someone I knew had purchased a second hand vehicle (not from this dealership) and had noticed that there was a 'shimmy' in it that caused concern. Time constraints were upon the new owner as he had to travel out of province in very short period of time and knew that the mountains were experiencing storms and treacherous conditions. Suffice it to say, he was stressed and wanting the 'shimmy' looked into and some sort of professional assurance that the vehicle was going to be safe for the trip ahead. After contacting the Chilliwack Volkswagen dealership, we arrived and spoke to Evan Delmonico who kindly went for a quick drive in order to offer some professional assessment. He put on four new snow tires and did whatever he thought necessary before sending us on our way.
