worst customer service ever! !!!! They only care before you buy or lease from then.....once you sign on the dotted line customer satisfaction is down the toilet, ihave had more than 1 They only care before you buy or lease from then.....once you sign on the dotted line customer satisfaction is down the toilet, ihave had more than 1 bad experience with their customer service and satisfaction.....always getting lame excuses and when you express your concern over safety of your vehicle they still don't care. .....asking me if I went to abby vw where I purchased from......like I am going to drive my 2015 jetta down the highway when all I hear is a screeching metal on metal ear piercing screaching noise coming from my car.....NOT....and being told it's a rock in the undercarriage. ....they could care less about my safety or concerns......worst dealership and worst customer service ever and from other ppl in the community I am not the only one who thinks this More

Awesome Help In A Tragic Situation Our resident (apartment building) had a fire in the underground parking and all vehicles were written off. We are also out of home from toxic smoke damage for now. We had 2 cars involved and we went to Chwk VW to get replacement vehicles (we both had VW's before). August was extremely knowledgable of the 3 type of vehicles we were trying to decide to get. Bill was amazing and extremely helpful getting the deal done once we decided! They both went well beyond the norm. This was so awesome and took a lot of stress out of a terrible situation. One less thing to worry about especially at Christmas time. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience right from the beginning . Our Experience was Fantastic !! Chris , August & Bill do there job very well and know how to properly treat their customers and build on going relationships. we will buy from these guys again in the future. it would be nice if the service area was open weekends.
