Went back in to order a hubcap for my 06 Jetta. That's when Dylan (who had been showing me the Tiguans) and Bill approached us to speak about the Touareg. Urged me to take it for a test drive. Of course I objected but they were persuasive. I drove it to Abbotsford and back. Immediately drove home to 'make' my husband drive it. Such a great vehicle. We knew then that it was the vehicle for us. More

Great service and super friendly I went into the VW garage in Chilliwack with just the intent of solely looking for a car. I was immediately greeted by the sales rep and showed me a jetta trendline+ . I test drove the new 1.4L and really liked it. I was then referenced to the sales manager who put together a quick quote and was given some "numbers". The numbers were looking to be favourable so I went back the next day. I was then given a second test ride to ensure that the jetta was the car for me. After concluding that the trendline and the trendline+ did not offer all the features I wanted, we found a jetta comfortline in the colour I wanted. I then went back to the sales manager and worked a deal. They all worked efficiently to meet my needs. They were extremely easy to get along with, and they were great at what they do, and that's sell cars. Cheers! More

Very happy with the new car It turned out well in the end but, they are a little pushy.To begin with I was not looking to buy a new car.I had my car in for service and they appro It turned out well in the end but, they are a little pushy.To begin with I was not looking to buy a new car.I had my car in for service and they approached me about buying it back because it is deisel and there is buy back promotion right now.Once I agreed to talk to them about it they really did'nt want me to leave without a new car,but they made some excellent points about why now would be the best time to buy and got it within my budget.They were very friendly the whole time, but it took about 4 hours and I was almost late for work.I am very happy with the new car,though and will probably buy my next car there too.Also want to say the service department is great.
