Excellent Care and Service I was on a road trip to 100 Mile House and experienced car trouble outside of Hope, BC on my 2013 GTI. I contacted VW Roadside Assistance and they had a tow truck to us in less than 30 minutes. We were towed to Chilliwack VW and it was 4pm on a Friday. I was traveling with my son to attend a Grand Opening of a RCMP Detachment and I thought our plans were about to be scrubbed. Evan Delmonico, the Service Manager, came to our rescue by providing a loaner vehicle for us to continue our road trip. The Grand Opening was a great success and the local community turned out. My son and I dropped back into Chilliwack VW on Monday morning (we were on our way home to Victoria). Evan told us the fuel pump needed to be replaced. He said keep the loaner until your car is ready. The car was ready on Wednesday. I write this review to express my gratitude to Evan and the crew at Chilliwak VW who looked after us. A potential disaster of a weekend was avoided and a pleasantly surprising service experience occurred. Kudos to Evan and Chilliwack VW!!! More

Typical Used Car Sales Selling cars is a rewarding job that helps put food on a lot of peoples tables but I couldn't do. There is a stigma attached to it that was clearly evident in our salesperson.....relentless and unknowledgeable. The finance department was no better. Yes they were able to get us in the vehicle we wanted and drove it away that day but that doesn't mean everything was completed. It took an additional three days of emails and phone calls to complete the sale..... The only positives that we came out from the experience with was dealing with the manager and the administrator. He offered a fair price that didn't require any haggling and she was friendly and always offered a smile and a drink. More

Went in for a hubcap came out with a Touareg Visited the dealership to activate our VW credit cards (from the emissions ordeal). Went back in to order a hubcap for my 06 Jetta. That's when Dylan (who had been showing me the Tiguans) and Bill approached us to speak about the Touareg. Urged me to take it for a test drive. Of course I objected but they were persuasive. I drove it to Abbotsford and back. Immediately drove home to 'make' my husband drive it. Such a great vehicle. We knew then that it was the vehicle for us. More

Great service and super friendly I went into the VW garage in Chilliwack with just the intent of solely looking for a car. I was immediately greeted by the sales rep and showed me a jetta trendline+ . I test drove the new 1.4L and really liked it. I was then referenced to the sales manager who put together a quick quote and was given some "numbers". The numbers were looking to be favourable so I went back the next day. I was then given a second test ride to ensure that the jetta was the car for me. After concluding that the trendline and the trendline+ did not offer all the features I wanted, we found a jetta comfortline in the colour I wanted. I then went back to the sales manager and worked a deal. They all worked efficiently to meet my needs. They were extremely easy to get along with, and they were great at what they do, and that's sell cars. Cheers! More

A relaxed experience purchasing our first VW I'm giving 5 stars all around. Ordered a 16' Golf R and it was a painless.
