Smooth out-of-town purchase I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 VW Jetta 1.8T from John Fanner at Chilliwack VW. I am from Kelowna so was a little nervous purchasing I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 VW Jetta 1.8T from John Fanner at Chilliwack VW. I am from Kelowna so was a little nervous purchasing from a dealership more than 300km from home. John was very helpful though and was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had. He sent me photos, videos and the carproofs of the vehicles I was interested in. He did a great job at easing some of my anxiety about buying out-of-town.
