I was attempting to get this fixed in time to have him take his driving test for his "N". Well it was not as straight forward as I thought it would be, so off to the dealer. I met Evan Delmonico at the service desk and to my surprise he DID NOT have me make an appointment but said let me take a look at that RIGHT NIOW. He came out with a few tools and in less than 10 minutes had found several offending bulbs, replaced them, and for a very affordable price I was on my way and more importantly a hero to my grandson. Thanks again Evan!! ......... Martin Giesbrecht More

Buyer Beware - Sold me a new 2016 "damaged" Jetta Non-trustable. This Dealership sold me a new car that was found to be damaged at time of pick up. They assured us they could easily fix it (i.e. drive Non-trustable. This Dealership sold me a new car that was found to be damaged at time of pick up. They assured us they could easily fix it (i.e. driver side door that was pushed in at the bottom), and/or assured us that it it could easily be pushed out and/or would not need to be painted. When they fixed it it ended up with the door needing to be repainted. We were not happy with this... but what could we do... we accepted it as what choice did we have? Upon our cars return to us from being repaired and/or repainted, it was absolutely filthy inside from the repair/repainting process, and came back with more damage to both the interior and exterior. The exterior damage including a scratch over 4 inches in length to he rear driver-side door (door will need repainting), numerous scratches to the right rear bumper, and a rock chip in the hood down to the metal. The interior damage included residual silver paint residue on the top of the driver door, some kind of permanent chemical (?) finger prints on the inside of the driver's door handle, a huge permanent scuff/scratch to side of driver seat, and a small scratch to the vinyl on the driver side door. Upon receipt of the dirty and damaged car we immediately called the dealership and sent photos to them of the car's condition. They are not taking any accountability for the car...The one and only option that they gave us was to bring our car back to them and/or the same body shop for them to repair the new scratch. There is no way we are going to do this if we have to keep this"new" car... which no longer looks or feels like a new car"...due to the condition of how the car was returned to us. They would give us no option to at least take it to another body shop. We have tried to call the dealership owner in Abbotsford 2 times and left messages for him to call us back. He has never called us back and it has now been over one week. We are now dealing with Volkswagon Canada in an attempt to resolve this issue. I would never typically write a review... but due to how bad this experience was and how through the process we have been treated I feel I need to. More

Number 1 Dealership! I had previously gone twice in the week prior to buying my new car and they didn't pressure me or try to sell me on anything which was really nice. Th I had previously gone twice in the week prior to buying my new car and they didn't pressure me or try to sell me on anything which was really nice. These guys are very polite and respectful and super easy to get along with which makes the whole process a lot less stressful and boring. They always offered my mom and i drinks and let us drive the cars around all day while they worked on our deals. We have built some what of a relationship with the dealership now due to history of going there previously to my experience there. It was cool of them to let us take the car to safeway and home and my older sisters job so we didn't always sit around waiting. I would totally recommend or refer someone now because i was really pleased with today's service i left happy and satisfied. Thanks! More

Come back dealership I had the opportunity to reconsider a new vehicle. Due to the work of the employees at this dealership, I did buy a new vehicle. The fact, I bought I had the opportunity to reconsider a new vehicle. Due to the work of the employees at this dealership, I did buy a new vehicle. The fact, I bought a new Jetta does say something in itself. My only negative is Evan, and I have gotten the same negative feeling every time I have had any connection with him prior, on the telephone or in person . It appears to me he does his job for the most part, if he has to and he seems a little aggressive in attitude, in a negative not in a good way. For example, he is the service dept., I was given the plates on the new car and I took them to the desk, he was standing there. It may not have been his job, but he is the service dept. It seem logical to give the plates to him since he was standing there chatting, kind of passing the day. Well, I got the attitude he did not want them or to take them. He really did not want them and he did not take them, they were handed back to me; it was not a good feeling. (The plates were placed on the counter and it became confusing.) It was sort of the same attitude I got when working with him prior on the older Jetta. I just did not get the caring that goes with that position. Out of the whole experience on Saturday, he was the person that brought it down real fast. He handed the plates back to me and that was it, go figure it out for yourself was the attitude, oh well get your sale person, wow was my inner reaction. The desk paged the sales person, he did not come. I started to look around the showroom for the sale person, which was not to be seen. It got confusing at this point. Evan missed and did not step up at all. He continued to stand at the front desk. It became sort of confusing at this point, I think it was Bill who took the plates and move things on. I found myself outside and doing a check and the plates were going onto the new vehicle. I just wanted to leave with the new car, get out as fast as I could, Evan's attitude within seconds took that experience into a nose dive so fast. That attitude from Evan stayed with me for the rest of the time I was there, not a good feeling at all. It was the break in the experience that almost sent me packing. Why, I started thinking, this is now the person I have to deal with for the life of the vehicle, I wasn't sure if I wanted that. Would I get more of the same in the future on a new vehicle, I have in the past. Was I going to get good servicing on the vehicle, I did not know at this point. Did I want more of the same, suddenly I found myself, just wanting out of the showroom? Just give me the keys and start the car and go! This dealership is trying very hard to bring about good things, it only takes one, to bring to start it down hill. The service dept is such an important part of any dealership. Hopefully, out of this Evan might get the idea, put in a sincere helping approach, with less attitude even when it is not your job and dish out a healthy service approach that is worthy of a praise. This location is trying real hard to come back and establish themselves as a major player in the area. Can this employee step up, I have my concerns. Thanks for allowing me to share. alh More

I was greeted by the sales manager Chris, offered something to drink and treated as a human being. Immediately after finding out what I was looking for I was introduced to Graeme who put together a list of cars that suited my needs. I wasn't offered any vehicles that I wasn't interested in. They listened to my needs and respected them. Not only was purchasing the car an awesome experience, Graeme tought my son how to use the popcorn machine. I highly recommend Chilliwack Volkswagen to anyone that is in search of a new car! More
