Terry rocks Purchased my first new car at this dealership back in April. Terry was the employee I dealt with. Terry was awesome, professional and helpful. He stayed long after closing time and made sure we were satisfied. I felt that he went above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to buy a car. Also, the gentleman that delivered my car to Burnaby was awesome. Really friendly and pleasant. I wasn't satisfied with the fact that the car was delivered to me dirty. No detailing was done on the car. This car was sitting on the lot for over a year so it had a lot of green moss and mold growing on it. They just did a quick wash without actually cleaning it in detail. I don't blame this on Terry. He did his part of the deal but the manager there wasn't that helpful. So thumbs up for Terry, thumb up for delivery driver (an older gentlemen) thumbs down for work quality when it came to car being clean. More
