Frustrating, at first Went in for my 15000 service, was expecting oil change and tire rotation. They changed the oil however failed to rotate the tires (part of the package I purchased, and I specifically asked for before they got my car). I asked if they did rotate the tires, and the service adviser did say yes, when I pointed to the pictures of the tires date-codes (front was 2516 rear was 2416) and how they were still in the same place, he then retreated to his tech who had confirmed that the tires were not rotated. Essentially they were going to bill me for services not completed. Reviewing the bill I noticed that there were other things on the invoice not called for in the 15000 owners manual interval, and when I inquired about the 30,000 interval there was also other things tacked on to it. My suggestion is to review your owners manual, VW made the car, they know what the car needs, stick to the owners manual. They also removed and almost threw away my parking permit sticker that was on the windshield. This dealership failed my expectations of what a dealerships service should be, and as a result has made me inclined to service my car elsewhere. ---------------------------------update-------------------------------------------------- However, in my experiences they were eager to make it right. Chris reached out to me after the incident and apologized and offered to make things right. To me the job was completed, so there was nothing that really could be done. Their focus on the customer, and their focus to right any wrongs is truly outstanding, and in fairness a single bad review from me is a drop in the much larger bucket that is positive reviews. I have purchased two cars from this company, as well as parts for an secondary vehicle, and only ever have had 2 maybe three bad experiences. They do their job well, and I'm not about to tell you that they are perfect. They do however strive for perfection and when they don't get it they do follow up and make sure you feel heard, and are completely square with their service. Volkswagen as a brand, and as these dealerships have not been perfect, but they have always ultimately done right by me. tl;dr Volkswagen Chilliwack messed up, but really I over reacted, and then they still made it right. realistically great place to get your maintenance done, or even buy a new car. You know, as much as any other dealership could be:P I dont like Evan though, his 'apologies' seem fake, and just said to get you out of your hair. 10/10 would recomment Scott though. oh, or Cory Delmonico from abby VW, usually he's the only guy I deal with, and I never have had any issues going through him.. I dealt with Graeme throughout my purchase and he made the whole process easy and exciting! He is very knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills when communicating all that the vehicle and the dealership had to offer. "No extra miles for us" We were called to discuss the options of the VW TDI Emissions Settlement Program in Canada and had an appointment on a Saturday. We had not planned on buying another VW, but found the Tiguan quite nice. We wanted to buy a mid level Tiguan model. It was a long drawn out day due to the reclaim process. My husband asked for a brochure but was told they were only online. Our salesperson was mostly interested in showing the available colors. We were shown several vehicles to see the color, but nothing was said comparing the three lines of Tiguan and not having seen a brochure and not being shown anything to show the differences between them, we unfortunately made the wrong choice. At home, after researching ourselves, we became aware of this. The following morning, a Sunday, we returned to the dealership, but no effort was made to help us rectify this. Pros- staff very personable staff very helpful with claim paperwork VW Tiguan is a very nice vehicle all of our dealings with this dealership in the past have been excellent Cons - presentation all over the board and incomplete, maybe because of the push to sell VW's. Our mistake - due to the long day at the dealership, we should have gone home and made a decision later. Suggestion - get a printed brochure or check it out a home first, we were unprepared because we were not planning on purchasing another VW vehicle. More

Although I wasn't fully satisfied at the time, Dylan and his team worked really hard (even past closing time) and ultimately I left the dealership the same day with a great deal that both sides were happy about. Dylan and his team were super helpful and respected the budget I had set out. More
