Dont expect any after service from your salesman We bought the 2015 TDI from them which was a brand new car and promised they will make sure the car will be properly clean before they deliver it to m We bought the 2015 TDI from them which was a brand new car and promised they will make sure the car will be properly clean before they deliver it to me since it had been stored for two years and told me not to worry. Got the car delivered to my work which was really nice of them since I'm in Vancouver. They didn't do a really good cleaning job since we still found lots of moss in the front grille and all the doors belt moulding plus the car key battery is running out there's an error message keep appearing when we in the car. Terry promised us everything while we were there but not even one following up phone call after we bought the car I had to hunt him down by calling his work since he no longer answer my calls or respond to my text messages. Chris the sales manager is now looking after my concerns he was awsome and very helpful I wouldn't say everyone there are bad since I read a lot of good online reviews from their customers maybe im just unlucky that I bought from one of their irresponsible salesmen or perhaps he didn't think im a value customer that will bring him more business in the future since I live in Vancouver. More

My wife and I were travelling from Kelowna to Vancouver last saturday and just outside of Chilliwack our car began to give us grief, I phoned in and s My wife and I were travelling from Kelowna to Vancouver last saturday and just outside of Chilliwack our car began to give us grief, I phoned in and spoke with Scott in the service department who informed me that they were totally booked for the day. After explaining our situation he told me to stop in and "they'd see what they can do to help us out" not expecting much we popped in and were immediately greeted with excellent service from everyone we spoke with. He had our car in within minutes and their mechanic Lorne began working on it immediately, 40 mins later and a new ignition coil we were back on the road and headed into Vancouver. I can not say enough good things about Scott, Lorne and Chris. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. We will be purchasing our next vehicle from Chilliwack Volkswagen. More

I set a budget and they came back with a payment way less then what I gave them as our monthly budget. And our car is completely perfect. I would def recommend. Our sales associate John Fanner greeted us and we explained to him that this was our first introduction to a Volkswagen vehicle. John was very thorough and patient describing the many features and benefits of the Jetta Wolfsburg. We examined 2 Jetta models and realized the Wolfsburg met our needs. We took the vehicle for a test drive and were sold. John drew up the paper work and we expressed our paranoia about meeting the manager and receiving the pressure sales pitch to close. Bill Kidd made this process relaxing, informative, and pleasurable. We advised Bill that considering this was a capital expenditure we needed time to reflect before making our final decision. We left the dealership only after being invited to take a Jetta home for the weekend. What a surprise! The next day we went back and sealed the deal. The subsequent interaction went smoothly including insurance registration transfer with Jeremy. One stop shopping! The standard features and performance indicators of the Jetta Wolfsburg made our decision simple. We will refer anyone to this dealership. Great experience!!! More
